From the start, we received excellent service from Stephanie and her team. She was personally available 97% of the time, and if not got back to me fairly quickly. (When hiring a good realtor, you need to understand that if you want personal service, they still have other clients. However, if they're on the phone giving them good service, when they call you back, you'll receive the same treatment!) The team was flexible and all very respectful of our preferences regarding communications, privacy and showings. I was impressed with her individual specialists overseeing each aspect of the transaction, including following the buyer's loan progress and double-checking their realtor's responsibilities too. They dotted all their i's and crossed their T's; I never felt I had to remind them of anything- they did as they said they would, and if I had a question someone responded immediately.
