At check out they gave me a paper bag with handles and my friend one of their red plastic bag. As we were walking down the street, we thought my friend was having some kind of horrible reaction. We looked down and her hands were splotched bright red. We couldn't figure it out until we looked at the bag and the dye had come off and all over her hands and jacket. We still haven't been able to get it out of the jacket, I would suggest making better quality bags because it pretty much ruined a good jacket. I made a purchase at a VV in New York that unfortunately was not the right size. While on business in Connecticut I thought it was worth a shot to try and exchange the item, even though I didn't have the receipt with me. I was warmly greeted upon entering the store and after explaining my situation to the manager she was eager to rectify the issue. It's always a pleasure to go into a place of a business with a negative or neutral expectation and leave satisfied with the service your receive. Not only was I able to exchange my previous purchase but I picked up a few extras while I was there. It's not quite Summer without VV...or Fall, or Winter, or Spring....
