The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Even the owner's mom was so sweet! There should be a lockbox or another employee who is trusted with a key so the store can open on time if the person responsible is unavailable. Customers shouldn't have to wait outside for 30+ minutes just to get into a business during its posted hours. Hopefully management addresses this issue so it doesn't happen again.
