Today, after a long weekend at work and feeling absolutely exhausted, I came in and decided to treat myself to the "Royal Pedicure". It was worth it. I think having Sue as my tech made the experience that much better too. She was so attentive and caring to my needs and had great attention to detail. During my pedicure she noticed my water was no longer hot--she removed the water and gave me fresh hot water. I asked for a from massage as she started and I instantly felt the difference. This was truly relaxing and stress relieving. I don't think my legs and feet have ever been this smooth. I can't wait to come back!

As someone who works in customer service and never complains... it took a lot for me to come write a review. This is gonna be long **EDITED A DAY LATER TO UPLOAD PICTURES OF WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE NOW** and before you judge how dry they look that's after lotion because whatever they used on me dried my skin out so bad To start the gentleman I had didn't understand what I was saying at all. Severe language barrier which normally I don't mind at all, but it caused so many problems. When I told him I didn't want my toe nails clipped down and he did anyways.. too short for the French tip look I get. I asked him if we should remove the old acrylic because it was looking discolored and do new and he said yes then continued to fill it in... When filing down the acrylic he was getting my skin BAD. I mentioned it over and over again... he never lightened up and he left my skin red and raw. After he put my toe in the water I noticed my toe was swollen. When he used the pumice stone that's meant for the tough spots on the bottom of your feet he proceeded to do THE TOP OF MY FOOT which I let out a gasp because it caught me off guard and hurt. After it itched and burned like crazy where he got the tip of my foot. Mentioned it to him and asked for a manager. Both just kept acting confused to what I was showing them and I was offered cuticle oil to help with the pain I tried to explain for my French tip they usually do a transparent nude to match my nail bed to cover up the lines in the acrylic from fill ins/the discoloration from the old acrylic and he didn't understand and kept trying to use pink. The acrylic looked a grey color that made it just look dirty.. the nude base covered it up some but I really needed fresh acrylic. He had to grab someone else who explained the base to him. For my French tips he kept painting them on uneven and no toe matched the other.. I ended up requesting someone else finish the French tip. Their only saving grace was the second girl was very gentle and tried to fix my uneven French tips. When I went to pay the "manager" she had said they'd give me 50% off after looking at how bad my toe was standing up. I was over it, paid the check and left. I had already been in the chair over two hours and had some where to be.. so I didn't notice until after I left I they charged me 68 DOLLARS. There's no way that was half off... I got a regular pedicure with gel (65) and acrylic fill in on my big toes (8), maybe an up-charge for the color being just the tips but there's no way it was meant to be 120+. I went for a relaxing experience and now my big toe hurts like hell and my toes look meh. Absolutely terrible experience I tried to get pictures of it as it was happening but they don't do justice to how red it really was.
