Her polish is clearly old, she slaps it on way too thick, rushes through the whole thing, and doesn't even let it dry properly. Now she wants to charge another $10 just to file it down and throw a clear coat on it? Absolutely not. Save your money and go somewhere else. The place is falling apart anyway -- no AC and a roof that's literally caving in. That alone should tell you everything you need to know.

I've been with the same nail tech for six years, but everyone in the salon is very talented. I generally always schedule an appointment, but I have brought people with me as a walk-in and they were able to get served as well. The salon can get very packed Thursday through Saturday so if you want to go on a weekend day, I would recommend making an appointment.

I've been pleased with her prices as they are better than anywhere else I've been. Kim also takes the time to do things right instead of doing them the faster, easier way. She is also really good about fitting me in when I need her to. The salon is the cleanest I've seen too! They use new files for each customer & sanitize like crazy lol! No new package/file/clipper was used (no way to know if they were cleaned in between customers). Colors do not match. (Gel polish on toes and dip powder on fingernails without communication ahead of time). Cut on toe and finger from cutting cuticles too short. Uneven ends on fingernails, as some were very rounded and same nail other side went upwards and sharper corner. Uneven length on nails are very noticeable, and quite a bit shorter from one hand compared to other. Charged $55 each, for a total of $110, plus tax, $117 total. I realize there is usually an up charge for gel. But $37 plus $10 (which was listed as the gel amount) is $47. Two other employees checked out the fingernails, and if they noticed they were uneven, between the three employees, no one offered to fix them. For that price, these nails should be even and colors match as requested. Will not return unfortunately.
