So my sister took my 80 year old mother to get her polish removed before a major surgery on Thursday. All three of us go to this location a lot so I'm not sure what the issue was with Jimmy today. How you cut someone and don't say anything is beyond me. My mother came home and her foot and flip flop was covered in blood. After getting her cleaned up we found a cut on the side of her toe. If I could give less than a star I would. We made an appointment for 3 of us almost a week in advance. They brought us back after our appointment started, and started on one of our pedicures. Completely finished one of our pedicures and left the other two of us to soak in cold water for over 35 minutes. When we went to ask how much longer they told us "probably another 15 minutes". After a few moments we decided we were not going to wait any longer, after waiting almost 45 minutes after our appointment was supposed to be. When checking out they offered nothing but poor excuses. We brought up the fact that 4 people that had come in after us were currently getting their service, they blamed their online scheduling and a very insincere apology. I went at least one time every 3 weeks for the past 3 years but I will never return after the lack of customer service we experienced today. read more

Overall my nails looks great but I was charged a ton of extra fees without being told. I have super sentistive skin because I'm 8 months pregnant so I asked to have my nails wrapped for soak off instead of me sticking them in the acetone. After having to beg to do this they ended up charging me to soak my nails off because of this request. Then my 4 year old daughter wanted her nails and toes painted and wanted a different color on each finger. They charged me a design for both her nails and toes without telling me because she got multiple colors of regular nail polish when we do this all the time with no extra charges. This place is used to be well run - not sure what has happened over the last several months but - walked in on a Friday at 4p - they said they were full for the rest of the night - seemed odd but I let it go and made a noon appointment for the next day - arrive and after waiting for 30min decided to leave - I'm not sure why I made an appointment and then had to wait as if I were a walk-in - makes me sad because this place is so close to my house but these places are a dime a dozen in this area so find a different one or be prepared to wait, appointment or not. read more

Honestly I hated it. I went there with a friend as a "girls day" but I was very disappointed with the results. Weh we got in there the vibes felt good but the nails were not. Not only were we super rushed but they also put a nail on crooked. When they finished up with my friend they cut her legitimate skin off and she even told me how bad it hurt. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. The gentleman who took care of me was full of jokes and crossed the line once, but the biggest joke ended up being my pedicure. After over 20 years experience which he bragged about, if this is his work then those are years wasted. I was with my 77 year old mother and didn't want to cause a scene, and honestly didn't realize how bad it was until we got outside. I went to Aria Nails for the first time yesterday and it will be my last time. Jessica did my nails. I asked for them to not be too long but not too short and square. By the time she was done filing they were so short I barely had any nail and she made them rounded. They were so uneven and filed crooked. By the next day they were already lifting. I went as a walk in. They asked me if I had an appointment and when I said "no" they said " oh okay " (in an upset and annoyed way) then they asked me " what can I help you with?" I told them I wanted a manicure and pedicure. They took my name down and said that they would let me know when they were ready for me... we'll I waited for 3 almost 4 hours and they were passing people that came in after me and didn't have appointments either. My friend and I popped in for a gel pedicure. They got us in and out right away... They were so rushed on our pedicure that it doesn't have the shiny finish. And no i didn't ask for a matte finish either. Instead my gel never fully cured so it has dust and hair in my polish. No body should pay 60 bucks for nails with hair and dust. Went to Aria and didn't have an appointment. Ken said he could take me. He insisted that I needed a manicure and I had to tell him 2-3 times that I did not. I had gel on my nails and he rushed me as far as picking a color. While we were standing there, he took my hand and said that I had gel on my nails instead of dip. He started peeling my nail off right there! We went back to his station and he started peeling the gel off my other nails! I was so dumbfounded that he was doing this but didn't want to yell at him and make a scene. He hurried up and slapped gel on and didn't even wait the 60 seconds for it to dry under the lamp before he quickly slid the lamp onto my other hand. Only 1 top coat and it doesn't even shine. My nails look like a 2 year old painted them. All of this was done in 15 minutes! I would suggest that you NEVER go to KEN! I really believe he was ticked off because I said no to the manicure.
