Went the end of last week from out of state for a friend's wedding. The facility and staff were…read morenice, but I was so disappointed with the services!!! Especially for the price! $83 for a mani/pedi!!! My pedi felt great, but she didn't do the best job shaping my nails and one was chipped before I left. The mani is bad, sad face-it was my first one!! The lady who did my gel mani didn't get all of my old polish off, didn't trim my nails down, she didn't even look at my nails as she was filing! I actually picked up the file and fixed the rough edges of a couple that were really bad, but my nails are still all different lengths and shapes. The paint ended up red instead of purple (which it looked on the sample), and she didn't offer to change it when I mentioned the color being weird. I realized later that it didn't even cover my whole nail and the accent dip nail was done incorrectly, so it chipped the same day. I had an updo the following day, looked nice but not worth $60...I can get my hair cut and colored for just a bit more than that back home and an updo would probably cost HALF of that. At least the stylist fixed the chipped nail then for me. Again, nice facility and staff, but very little attention to detail as far as I can tell. And absolutely ridiculous prices for that lack of attention. The group of us who went are all disappointed. I'm already looking to get my fingernails redone and it hasn't even been a week.

I did not get anything even close to what I asked for . She never shampooed my hair before she got started my bangs were nothing like what I asked for and were very uneven and she cut a huge chunk of hair on the side of my head and made my hair much shorter than it was originally . The only way to fix my hair at this point is to have a cut in a much shorter hairstyle than it is now which is completely going backwards from what I was trying to do . I was extremely disappointed with my results and really embarrassed because I was supposed to be going out for my anniversary that night . I would not recommend this salon to anybody and be very careful who you choose to cut your hair .

It took me a while to find her and after MANY MANY disaster haircuts, I finally found THE ONE! There is not a stylist in this small town who knows how to cut hair!!! My daughter has been hacked up so badly TWICE here in Bowling Green. I asked for a simple "bob" haircut and this stylist completely screwed it up! It literally looked like a toddler had cut her hair! I was PISSED needless to say so I got an appointment with Linda (thank God) and prayed she knew how to cut hair & could fix it! SHE DID. So, skip going all over town to these teenage, early 20's, fresh out of beauty school girls around here and just go see Linda. She knows what she's doing! And, she's super friendly, and always talks to the kids while she's cutting their hair. If your a Mom, you understand why that's important. I can't stand it when a stylist spends the entire time cutting my kids hair and is hollering across to another stylist and talking to them instead of focusing on my kid. Bottom line: Linda's GREAT.
