She made my hair brown instead of blonde and did a decent job on cutting it, but didn't color as usual asked her too. She wanted to charge me more money to come back for some highlights after already charging me. I've never had a stylist who didn't want to take care of the redo and see a happy customer. She immediately gave me a bad attitude and said it doesn't look like you can afford this so I will do it for free after I already gave her the money she asked for and a 20% tip. I must say it gave me a bad taste in my mouth and felt quite insulted. I won't be returning to this hair salon again.

Went the end of last week from out of state for a friend's wedding. The facility and staff were…read morenice, but I was so disappointed with the services!!! Especially for the price! $83 for a mani/pedi!!! My pedi felt great, but she didn't do the best job shaping my nails and one was chipped before I left. The mani is bad, sad face-it was my first one!! The lady who did my gel mani didn't get all of my old polish off, didn't trim my nails down, she didn't even look at my nails as she was filing! I actually picked up the file and fixed the rough edges of a couple that were really bad, but my nails are still all different lengths and shapes. The paint ended up red instead of purple (which it looked on the sample), and she didn't offer to change it when I mentioned the color being weird. I realized later that it didn't even cover my whole nail and the accent dip nail was done incorrectly, so it chipped the same day. I had an updo the following day, looked nice but not worth $60...I can get my hair cut and colored for just a bit more than that back home and an updo would probably cost HALF of that. At least the stylist fixed the chipped nail then for me. Again, nice facility and staff, but very little attention to detail as far as I can tell. And absolutely ridiculous prices for that lack of attention. The group of us who went are all disappointed. I'm already looking to get my fingernails redone and it hasn't even been a week.

We had to take a cab into downtown, but our appointments were perfectly scheduled and executed that there was no unnecessary sitting around. One of the girls who came with me did a full color and cut. She was in the chair at 9am, the next girl at 9:45am while the color set, and I sat down at 10:05am. The young ladies at the salon were amazing. Each of us were delighted with the results. The prices were very reasonable for the wonderful service we received. It was a wonderful experience. After his haircut, they asked if he would be returning, and he said that he may return in a few months. They then asked if he wanted to return a month from that day. He said he might be back sometime around then. (Really he just didn't like his haircut, and he had a hard time communicating that. That part is NOT the salon's fault.) Here is where things went wrong with the salon: They booked him for the appointment, which he DID NOT ASK FOR. Received 0 texts confirming this "appointment" in advance, and they charged us $34 to my card for a no show appointment HE DID NOT ASK FOR. Receiving this charge, we were obviously confused. I emailed directly with the owner to settle this. First they "don't have any record of this charge". Then they "do have it on record, and say it was for his haircut he went in for" Not true. He paid for this haircut in person the same day he got it. Then it's "Well he had an appointment, and he didn't show up. We can't issue you a full refund." Dealt with this for WEEKS now. Don't go here. Jesus fucking Christ.

I checked out the Yelp page and website before I came and could tell how much love and detail was put into the content. I called to book and was able to get an appointment with Sam for the following day. I went in for a trim and had the best all around experience. 1) Every girl wants to hear how pretty there hair is, no matter the shape it's in when they arrive; and that's exactly what I got. 2) Sam went above and beyond on the shampoo/conditioning process. She explained to me all their products (& their benefits) and ended with such a nice head massage! How often do you get that anymore?! 3)Sam was always checking in on me and asking me good questions (hair related & personal). I felt so comfortable! 4)Throughout the entire process I kept hearing another staff member and the owner compliment the hair cut/my hair. 5) Judging from the owners departure for the day, everyone in the salon is like family.
