Late Sunday night around 11pm, I started desperately searching Yelp for salons near me with great reviews. I kept seeing amazing things about Lox & Hue Hair Salon, so I decided to trust the reviews. Using AI, I sent messages to three salons -- including Lox & Hue. I heard back from another salon first, but first thing Monday morning I received a message from Jaimie, the owner of Lox & Hue. She told me she was on her way into the salon and would let me know if they had any openings that day. She was immediately on it. When I explained in my message how upset and devastated I was about my hair, Jaimie went out of her way to work me in. I was already so grateful before I even walked through the door. I ended up seeing Kathleen, and the second she smiled and said hello, I just knew I had found my salon. She is so sweet, incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to talk to. She took the time to go over everything with me before doing anything at all -- explaining the plan, asking questions, and making sure I was comfortable and confident with every step.
