While their therapists may be skilled, the management appears completely incapable of basic scheduling reliability or common courtesy. As someone with severe service-related PTSD, I had been mentally preparing for weeks to even allow this appointment. The last-minute cancellation hit hard and felt incredibly inconsiderate of our time and well-being. If Grove Spa cannot value their customers' schedules and trust after booking so far ahead, then they clearly don't want our business.
