I tried on some pieces and when I asked about the Halo Extensions I told her I was unsure how to put it in, she ignored me, saw me struggling, and continued with whatever she was doing which was just avoiding me. And eventually walked away. I kept looking, she never once came back to follow up or see how I was doing. Rude. The owner and her staff. To make it even better, the salon is dog friendly! Clipper, the salon dog, is adorable and friendly, but also very chill. Katie gave my two year old son his first haircut and was so patient with him and turned what could have been a stressful situation into something easy and fun for him! Then today I went to get my nails done with Ana. It was by far the best nail experience I ever had. She made me feel so welcome and conversing with her was easy.
