Nevertheless, the guy worker deserves credit for his customer service, cleanliness of the store, and they still have a ton of other ombré options. He mentioned there's been a shortage - although this may be an easy answer to explain stocking issue, it was a reasonable answer. He was so mindful, that he offered an additional product item on him, for the inconvenience. This effort to go above and beyond, had me change my initial rating from 4 star 5 stars. I paid $375 plus tip for my initial appointment and was told to come in three weeks later for a follow up appointment for another $375. The follow up instructions were adhered to to a T... Even though they were contradictory. I contacted her to let her know that and she told me she would look into it. Within four days my eyebrow permanent makeup was basically gone! I contacted Christy (the owner) and she told me that was normal and within another week or two the color would come back up again. Seriously?? So permanent tattooing disappears and then suddenly reappears later? I told her I was very disappointed and asked for a partial or full refund and she told me she doesn't do refunds because everybody has different pigment. Her studio was very unwelcoming and not a professional setting at all and made me feel uneasy, but she seemed nice enough so I figured I had driven 45 minutes to get there so I would give her to the benefit of the doubt. Oh my gosh... I'm so sorry I did! I should've listened to my gut. I threw $400 out the window that I'll never get back... Obviously I didn't go for the follow up appointment. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE... I feel like I was scammed.

She took the time to show me different ideas and what would look better for me and had a pretty good selection for me to choose from. For me the store was quaint and I did not feel overwhelmed. there was definitely no pressure on what to buy. It was all about what I thought was good for me. The value of the wig was comparable so that was not a problem. I will definitely recommend the store to any cancer patient there's enough stress with the condition without having extra stress about purchasing a product.

We went in back so she could trim it a little as it was very long for my taste. She grabbed a hank and started chopping on it. The wig was not secure on my head. I watched in horror. Then I asked her to stop. I took it home and fixed it as best I could, it doesn't look terrible. It also cannot be styled with a low iron. It melts. This is a garbage wig. I ended up with bangs because they did not have any lace front. They tried to tell me this one was. I have watched videos. This is not a lace front wig. Imagine my surprise when my insurance company was charged $500 for a $100 at the most wig. I feel like I was taken advantage of because of my compromised position. I would not recommend anyone use this business. They promised me they would order some wig shampoo as they were out, three weeks later the woman tells me use Dawn dish soap. That's the kind of professional treatment I won't go back for.
