I just had my 2nd appointment with Shelly, who is the owner / and stylist / at B.O.E. I really like her, and feel very comfortable with her -- not only regarding her experience as a stylist; but I also enjoy visiting with her while she takes care of my hair. I have been to SEVERAL salons over the past 4 years; since moving to Bradenton from Illinois, and have not been able to find my "forever stylist"...I think I finally have. I feel that Shelly really knows what she is doing, and after discussing the changes I would like to make with my style, she was very confident in her ability to please me with the outcome. I love her beautiful salon, and the staff is very pleasant. I like that Shelly recommends products which she feels would be helpful in achieving the best look for your hairstyle...yet she is not at all pushy about you buying them. I'm sure she realizes that some clients may not be able to afford some of the products. I look forward to returning to B.O.E., and building a relationship with Shelly. After I get the courage to follow through with my decision to pursue a completely new cut / style, I will definitely update my review! read more

This salon is amazing. The staff is all in it for you, it is like being at home with drinks and snacks. While you wait, you can have an ipad to play with or look around at all the things they have. When you come into salon you get a tour of the salon and get to meet the staff and they tell you all there specials and whats new. When you get a facial you get just about a full body rub and they have an amazing massage bed and they also use many hot towels during your facials. They work on you the entire time and dont leave the room, that to me is great especially when I get peels done. My facials are over an hour long, I love the relaxation. The girls are medical esth, and they wax men and woman from head to toe. When you get a pedi everything is very sanitary and clean, you get to watch cable tv, use a complimentary ipad, have a cold beer, hot beverage or soda and you get a hot or cool wrap around your neck and the hot paraffin on your hands or feet is amazing too, it sooths my achy muscles. I get my haircut done too. I get the works done with the scalp massage and the hot towels. great place. I love this salon... read more

Love Love Love this salon. Free and ample parking right outside the salon. I always feel comfortable there and welcome. Shelly always listens to what I have to say about my hair and how I want it to look. They don't push product on you but if you have questions or want a certain kind of product they have it! I also really like the ease of scheduling the appointments online. I always forget to call during the business hours but I can go online and see available times and schedule it right there. Then you get regular reminders and texts if needed. I highly recommend this salon! read more

My experience surpassed my expectations. The entire staff was very welcoming and accommodating plus the Salon was beautiful. I chose Devonne as my Stylist and it was so refreshing to have some one work on your hair that listens to you and performs exactly what you ask them to do. My hair came out perfect! Not to long or short, I highly recommend her, she's very fun, personable, down to earth, and most of all know is very skilled as a stylist, and as a bonus she does nails too!!! This little gem of a salon & spa was a superb find. When I went in they offered me a treat and a true drink. When I was taken to chair they gave me a Welcome pack with coupons and when I got my hair washed the scalp massage was very relaxing with comfortable chairs. The staff was so caring and friendly. I highly recommend this salon. We will see you next year when we return for season. Thank you for taking such great care of me. The Boutique Out East Salon is a hidden gem in Bradenton. The décor and environment is beautiful, the employees are very accommodating and "great at what they do"! I have "difficult" hair, and usually can't wait to get home and re-style my newly cut hair myself. But Shelly did such a fantastic job that I held my head up high and proudly for the rest of the day without having to re-style it myself. I highly recommend their services! read more
