During the process, she was open to suggestions and recommended things what she thought was best for me. She suggested additional extra services to us e.g. spa , facials ,eyebrow threading which favorably agreed to the later. The pricing is bit higher than my go to eye brow threading place but I loved that while she was taking care of us, she was focused just on us and mentioned multiple times to walk in clients just to come back on expected time she will done with us. That is what you call great customer service. She handled my new hairstyle and color favorably well. I loved how she transformed me to a different look. The service she has given was outstanding. I will definitely come back. The place though is outdated. Needs a revamp for a fashionable look.

When I arrived, I explained that I've had laser treatments and barely have any hair left -- for example, just a few strands on my underarms. Despite that, she treated it like a full session and still charged me the full price, even though there was very little to remove. The experience itself was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. She asked me to undress right in front of her while she just stood and watched, offering no robe or towel for privacy or comfort. She also did not wear gloves, even for intimate areas, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. The room conditions were also unsanitary -- she was double-dipping the wax stick into the pot and using a sticky wax instead of hard wax, which made the process more painful than it needed to be. Throughout the session, she kept asking personal questions, adding to the discomfort. When it came time to pay, she suddenly raised the price to $190, claiming the Brazilian wasn't included -- even though I had confirmed it beforehand. She only offered a $10 first-time customer discount, which felt unfair given the misinformation and poor service. Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unhygienic salon experiences I've ever had. I do not recommend this place at all.

I told her I would go with what she was comfortable doing. She gently applied wax to clean my brow areas and filled them in then topped them with a brow gel to keep them in place. My brows look amazing and her fill-in technique is superb. They look super natural and perfectly contoured. I would recommend and return to Ro without a doubt.
