She's very meticulous about her work and she will make sure you are absolutely hairless. Light extractions are included with any wax service. They have little treats and bottles of water (for free) available to customers. My first service was around Valentine's Day and they happened to be giving out roses and cake pops to every customer (pictured). The interior is very cute and clean! I'll have to take more pictures at my next appointment. The check-in process is done by simply scanning a QR code. All of the women I've encountered here are very friendly and accommodating. I now have a regular waxing schedule, and I'll be a long-time customer!

In addition, I also unexpectedly asked for a wash and blow out. It was a slow day for a Tuesday morning so I was so happy with how my hair turned out! I brought my own wave iron and they were able to use it! I'm not one to take chances, but I also had them do my make up for the night. I showed her a sample photo and she was able to follow.
