I want to update my Review and NOT include the Made To Order food. After all, this is primarily a Gas Station with a Store and quick pick up place for hot coffee, donuts, prepared snacks, groceries, car needs, propane, beer, wine, and Clean Restrooms. And for that, this is 5 Stars!! Someone is always available to quickly get my propane tanks changed out, and check out is a breeze with a very friendly and well trained Staff. The Coffee is Hot and there are all kinds of sugars, creamers, and flavors to kick it up a notch. The Burgers and Hot Dogs are very good, but I have learned if I want a great meal I'll go somewhere else. Otherwise you can get most anything you need here. read more

EVERY single time I order Uber eats from here it takes forever for them to put the order together . It's also typically late at night so it's not like they're extremely busy during the time that I place my orders. I just put in an order at 11:30 and it took until about 12:30 for the Uber eats app to say it was ready for pickup. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

I happen to go at random times of the day and even though the service and food is good - they sadly never seem to have enough people working for the amount of customers at this location. That makes the wait longer than I believe it should be. However I still will continue to go here. read more

Love this place but the customer service (at the drive thru) is by far the worst I've encountered. been there twice and was treated badly. I totally understand being short handed, but if you hate your job that much don't be the face of sheets. Ordered chicken wings and the box was on top and opened. all of our food was soaked with buffalo sauce. We will be skipping dinner. tried to talk to the person at the window but he just looked at me and walked away. Sheets really should vet the people dealing with customers. read more

1st time getting food at this location, but like usual I was not disappointed. I got the 6 inch turkey sub, which was a step up from Subway in my opinion and my girls got Mac n cheese bites (fried mac n cheese) and a bacon biscuit. They both enjoyed their food! Lady refused lighter sale to me even tho I was 18 and showed her my valid Id, I go in the store to pay for my food like any other time but this time I see a cool lighter I stop and look around at them for a bit and grab 2 once I stand at the front for a good 3 minutes waiting on an employe, a supervisor (remember that) came up and rang me up asked for my id a little surprised cause it's just a lighter but I work a sheetz as well so I know the rules once she looks at my id she says I'm not 21 I look and laugh and say I know... it's 18 to buy a lighter and after going back and forth and telling her I just went thru the A.S.A.P. sheetz that said 18 still refused me so after a bit more proving her wrong she felt threatened some how when I haven't moved a muscle while speaking to her and then she threatens me to pull the panic button so law enforcement can come and handle it even tho she was in the wrong there was much more I could of out here but decided not I felt like I had to make this post because the encounter made me feel some type of way almost like it was a racial thing even tho I hate that card ,sadly it's still relevant. read more

Stopped into the Cornwallis location on November 3 and ordered a very simple BLT sandwich on sour dough bread. After waiting 25 minutes I received my sandwich to go and took the sandwich home. Took one bite of a sandwich that was all fatty bacon, cold and the sour dough was not even toasted. Terrible effort Sheetz!!!!!!! read more

Great location for anyone driving on 42. Staff are well-trained, and reasonably friendly and welcoming. Access is good except Sheetz opening now causes congestion when coming from 42 heading east. The menu is a bit lacking. read more
