Since I had already grabbed a drink at The Dallor Plus Store, I just wanted to see what this 7 Eleven looked like inside. The place was being restocked with goods. A manager or associate was wiping down an area that had gotten messy. A line was forming full of customers and the place looked clean and organized. The floors looked like it had been cleaned for a long time. The store looks new; but I feel this place has been around for a while now. Either this or the store got a makeover. Looking around a the hotdogs, I thought to myself "not to long ago, getting these hotdogs wasn't so easy because of The Coronavirus Outbreak. Two year ago vs 2022 here and now. Year, scary times when there was no vaccine to aquire. I need to get my fourth shot, but I digress. I will be back to get something at this store next week.

I thought it would be a simple and smooth transactions since is was late a night and no one was really in there. Nope! I was ignored by all three employees that were there. The one cashier that was already at the register was helping someone with what looked like lottery tickets the entire time. He watched me grab a charger but did not acknowledge me again after that. Then the other two employees looked at me and decided to keep theirselves busy with their tasks that they were already working on. The one other employee that was behind the register was busy cleaning the oven and looked at me threes times from his peripherals. He did not bother to stop and help me. I was at the register for at least five minutes. I was so tired and agitated to the point where I did not want to say anything. Realizing that I left my wallet in the car, I left and came back in. What a surprise, someone decided to help me. When I tried to tell him I was waiting for a while, he cut me off to tell me about my card. Then when I finished he just looked at me nonchalantly.

What really bothered me was that even after you paid, it felt like they were waiting to accuse you of stealing something. My friends that came with me had already paid and were waiting there for me to finish. As I was going through my transaction they kept looking at my friends, who had already paid, like they wanted to accuse them so badly of stealing what they just paid for. My break is up and I finally get to find out that it's been sitting at the register the entire time. I go to work and find the burrito had no cheese or egg. At this point in infuriated. I call in about this with my frustration so hopefully it'll be ready by the time I get back. I get back, I show the issue. We confirm the APP is the problem with not having egg, however I still didn't receive cheese. Once we confirmed it was the APPs fault, I was able to calm down some. The order screens on site give you the egg option, but online/app doesn't. The woman who I spoke with first time was much more understanding and respectful talking to me as well which made me feel better. They remade my order, let me keep the mess up for my time used, and gave me a free fountain drink for my time. All of these kind curtesies they did for me changed my 1 star review ready to break something to 4 stars. The service changed the second time around, the majority of the order mistake was the app's fault, and I was compensated for the large amount of time I had to use for this encounter. I appreciate the staff for the second encounter. I do not recommend ordering this burrito online or through the app unless you can add a note lol.
