This was quite atrocious. A gelatinous heap of meat substance and egg on a 2 inch square of bread for almost eight dollars. Where does one find such a cartoonish rendition of bread? It looked like what a child would serve at a tea party. I'm not exaggerating- the bread slice was not much larger than a saltine. A piece of cheese would have added another dollar to the tab. On a bagel- add ANOTHER buck 50. We're talking approaching 10 BUCKS for a breakfast sandwich! It's really my fault. When I walked in I felt as if I'd slipped into another dimension. Expecting a little country store I was suddenly in an inner city bodega. The aroma of the pot of stale coffee on the counter forewarned any further encroachment. It looked like an unkept 7-11 at best- not what one would expect in the Hereford Zone. This would all be overlooked if it was a good sandwich. For the record, you can travel another 1.6 miles to Fill'Er-Up in Maryland Line and get a great authentic breakfast sandwich on adult-size bread for HALF the price!
