This Sheetz run stop was to just get my bearings. I wanted to get home, but without having to go all the way back into Maryland. I had to use this lot to go over my options and figure it out from here. I mean, it didn't hurt either that this was a Sheetz. I went inside to use the facilities, because I knew I was in for the long haul of this trip back home. Their facilities were decent, well maintained, clean. I did end up getting a few drinks to take home with me. Once I got home, I was in for the day and not going anywhere. I putzed around a bit outside, rechecking my directions. I find it interesting that this location is right next to the airport in the area. It feels isolated, but still a place everyone knows about. The constant flow of people in and out of the lot was noticeable. Getting out of here is confusing. I wish they would have which route you are entering on from which entrance. Gas price gouging. Oil 68 dollars for 2 weeks gas never went down . Oil up 3 bucks gas up 40 cents a gallon. Martinsburg has the highest gas prices in most of the country. read more

Get gas at Sheetz every week never had a pending charge ever. Went to get gas last night I got charged a $33 which is what my gas cost and then another $150 is pending now all my bills that are coming out today are going to fucking overdraw.. My question is why in the fuck are you putting a $150 pending charge for fucking gas.. dumbest shit that you could possibly fucking do do you know how how many people you are fucking over with that that is ridiculous there is no reason to charge that much money for someone to use their card at the gas pump. read more

My favorite location is Winchester AVE Martinsburg WV they are always accurate and kind here, you never catch these folks in a bad mood refreshing to see people happy at work, this proves Sheetz is a very good employer!! Stopped at this location drive through and ordered two appetizers. By the time I reached the window to pick up my order, ( approx 20 minutes later ) my food was cold and unedible. When I got home 15 minutes later, I reheated it, but ended up throwing it away. I paid $12. The drive through needs to be removed at this location. Wait times are ridiculously long. read more

Sheetz review: If I were smart, I woulda turned this into a TikTok where I blogged all the Sheetzes on every trip to VA. And interviewed someone about their life story at each Sheetz. And then maybe I would have gotten a movie deal. And then there'd be a hilarious movie about finding yourself and valuing your family because of all the life-lessons learned at a gas station. Instead, I'm just a guy who comes up with good ideas too late, who also has two kids that can't make it more than 50 minutes without having to take a pee (or without telling us they need to pee, to snatch some snacks.) So thank you Sheetz for saving us time and again, particularly at this location with their A++++ clean bathrooms which are very much appreciated by my wife (even if less so by my boys.) read more

I've been through this drive thru several times and the wait time seems to get worse with each visit. Today I was in line for at least 10 minutes and there was only one car in front of me. I understand that help is scarce, but come on, with as much as I spend there each time I go through there, between 15 and 20 dollars each time, you'd think they would be more appreciative of business and be quicker to get my order to me. Something really needs to be done about this, as there aren't many fast food places in this area and one has only Sheets off of the Tabler Station Road exit and Rutter's to get a so called " quick" bite to eat. I'll also mention that I was through the same Sheets yesterday and received my order with my cup of fried pickles turned upside down in the bag. Nice. Nightshift is the worst! Lazy employees that have all the time in the world to stand around and talk. They will block off the drive thru because apparently they can't handle inside and the drive thru window. We walk in and they are all huddled up laughing and talking. The whole point of drive thru is the convenience of not having to subject ourselves to inside germs! Hire better workers! read more

I just waited 30 mins in the drive thru for 2 hot dogs only to be ignored at the window and eye contact was avoided at all cost! granted they were busy , I saw 2 girls working the check out inside no one ever came to the window after sitting there for 8 mins. Do better ! read more

This location opened within the past year and has indoor seating, drive through, and a car wash. One thing about Sheetz is that they are consistent. Food is made to order and you put your order at a kiosk and specify how you want your sandwich done. They have other food items too. They have a complete line of soft drinks. Their made-to-order milkshakes are about the best around. I am thrilled that they have them now for a limited time for $1.99 and I hope they keep that for a long time because that will drive return business and people will not only get a milkshake but bring family and friends and get more stuff. read more

I'm disappointed in this sheetz location! The last 3 out of 5 times I have ordered food from this location it has been wrong! How hard is a Turkey sub, American cheese, mayo, pickles and lettuce? Had an awesome experience tonight! I always order online and pay ahead of time but usually it still takes awhile to get my order and the cashier seems confused and has to go find my order. Tonight, the young lady working the drive thru did a fantastic job and got us our food in literally like 30 seconds, wish I had her name but she was great! read more

Great people very friendly and food is delicious and very clean the service is outstanding

Most people know sheets so, I won't go into that. It's a basic convenience store where you can order food from a little touch screen. This particular sheets is the worst in the area. It's run by a bunch of kids. The coffee area is always out of something. Cream, napkins, something. And when you tell one of the many teenagers they have working, they look bewildered. Foods always messy like they literally threw it together, and sometimes missing things sometimes hot items are luke warm. I've also been in the drive through, just getting a cup of fries, and it took 20 minutes, when I got to the window, they did not even have my order. They kept trying to give me a drink. So then, this teen is like "oh, we'll get that going now" and then was gonna have the 5 people behind me wait the whole time instead of having me pull forward. Dumb stuff going on at this location. They need a few adults with some common sense working there. read more
