Stan has been very friendly every time I've been in, and is an honest mechanic. They obviously know what they're doing, but are able to "dumb it down" when explaining to a car-idiot like me. My most recent car troubles involved my ignition switch - the key just wouldn't turn. Stan made all my options (and the costs associated) clear, which I greatly appreciated. When I first started going here, it was because a mechanic I was used to and comfortable with was just too far away. I was hesitant since finding a good mechanic is always a hassle (in my experience), but I could not be more pleased with the service I receive at Graybill's.

They didn't align the crankshaft and camshafts and bent all the valves in the engine. When car wasn't finished when promised they stalled and said they needed a part. A week later I went there and the engine was out of the car. That's when he told me what they did. They ended up putting a junk yard engine in it. Needless to say I unloaded the car at a significant loss. Do not take your car there.

He was very nice for stopping when he noticed I was sitting in a vulnerable position in traffic and then drove me to the gas station so that I could reup on fuel and be on my way. Even though I did not contact this company specifically, the fact that Sage was such a good person and wanted to help ensure I was safe, along with the other drivers on the road, would lead me to contacting them first when needing any relevant locksmith services. He provided exceptional customer service even when I was not a customer and that proved to me that if I contact them in the future as needs arise that I will not have to worry about receiving poor service, but will rather be receiving top quality service. Driving to work for my night shift at the hospital on a Saturday night- I got a flat tire from a…read moreHUGE pothole on 363. I randomly called local tow services in distress. I called Tommy's and at first they said they were too far away from my location. I then called another place.. but the earliest I could get a flat tire changed was over an hour, which was not good. I was crying. Tommy called me back and said his son is close by, which was, I think, divine intervention. Luckily, both of his sons came pretty quickly, now at 11pm- and changed my tire. They were nice young men, very polite and respectful. They were outstanding. I'd totally use this company again! Thanks guys!!! To Tommy: you have such nice sons and did a great job raising them.

I recognize…read moretypo's happen and I had to call to get my email corrected. after the second call the email still wasn't correct, so I emailed them directly through their contact page so I knew they would have the correct email address. The manager then calls me and yells at me for sending them an email for a typo, one they couldn't seem to get correct over the phone. He goes on to tell me to never call them again. Highly unprofessional. Only use these guys if there are no other options.
