My second Wawa visit but this one sits in Lancaster, PA. Store #0275. It is located on Lincoln Highway East (aka Route 30) as my party was heading West towards Lancaster, PA. This Wawa was no different. I am a Wawa newbie. My party obtained gas and utilized their restroom facility here. Restroom facility is relatively clean. Again, gas price was $4.56 per gallon and still waiting for downward trajectory. The retail space is larger than the standard 7-Eleven competitor and significantly well organized and cleaner. Staff is welcoming and attentive to non-Pennsylvanians like myself and my party. Unfortunately, there is only one ginger ale soda brand available. I purchased ginger ale to reduce my motion sickness of being in a car for four continuous hours on the road driving. Ginger ale is the only soda I drink as I stop consuming all other soda types/brands. Wawa practice penny rounding when payment is cash since the initiation followed by executive directive from No. 47 of the discontinuation for the U.S. penny (utterly despondent). It is indicated on the sales receipt as "Coin shortage." I did obtain my sales receipt which indicate the penny rounding implemented. read more

So, we are Wawa newbies. Never stopped at one before. (They apparently don't exist down South and in New England). We were really eager to visit since we have always loved the funny name and heard mostly good things about them. Yes, they do sell gas, but it's the stuff for the tummy that seems especially to work well. Delicious hoagies, fresh fruit, hot sandwiches, lots of side items. And clean bathrooms. We were very happy with what we discovered. The employees were friendly in spite of a pretty big crowd of folks inside. If this is typical, then we're new fans of Wawa. read more

Great location. i love seeing a Wawa on the horizon, especially when I'm in unfamiliar territory. It feels like seeing an old friend. I'm a fan of their Cuban Roast Coffee and pretzels. Although I also love their store brand diet iced tea. The points are always useful for a free coffee or something else. Always have to stop at a Wawa when you see one... luckily I was down the road from this one for 4 days and came down to get the same breakfast every day. Was able to stick with my Carnivore Diet very easily and at a decent cost. Staff was friendly, service was fast. read more

I love wawa chocolate milk, so if I see a wawa I will be taking it all with me! Exactly what we did here when we came by for some gas lol. My hubs was like all the bottles? Yes all the bottles! Problem is not with WaWa directly. The Amerigas kiosk to replace propane cylinders is giving out empty gas cylinders. We went inside spoke to the manager of WaWa and was told there was nothing that can be done. It was a separate entity. Called the company to report the problem. Even with receipt in hand I was told they could not find the transaction. I will never ever use this kiosk again . Went to Turkey hill and a human exchanged the gas and everything was fine. Stay away from the propane gas exchange at WaWa . Cannot wait to call my credit card company and get the credit . This is more work than it is worth. read more

For combined gasoline fill-ups and convenience locations Wawa is one of my favorites. All of their locations I have hit have been far cleaner, far better set up and far more customer friendly than any other gasoline fill-up/convenience store locations, such as 7-Elevens. I pulled in to this particular location because my low tire pressure indicator suddenly came on and to my delight there was air pressure tire filler, a free one and one far better than those into which you have to feed quarters for air and so often even fail to deliver with the air pressure you need. read more

Well this one is my wawa - I come here a few times a week for gas, cash, a stuffed pretzel, a sub, milk, and of course coffee. Anyway (you know what a wawa is...) the people are always courteous. One time I had a craving for a Jalaleno stuffed pretzel and they made on fresh for me. The older gentleman that does the coffee is a nice guy too. So - if you live nearby, stop going to the Getty Mart or Turkey Hill, and make this wawa your go-to convenience store. You can't beat the no-surcharge ATM. I have been living about a quarter mile from this Wawa for three years. I get coffee in the morning and usually come back in the afternoon for a sandwich or soup 2-3 times a week. Never had a bad experience. Friendly, professional staff and quick checkout. Lots of tasty choices and food is fresh. Coffee is always good and hot. I'm a coffee snob so that's saying a lot. I know - you're thinking "a wawa is a wawa is a wawa..." But NO! You're wrong. And here's why. I've been traveling a lot lately. There's a Wa probably every 2 miles in PA. And I like to stop at different ones, or sometimes I just NEED to. Like yesterday, when I, at the same time, missed an exit/needed coffee/needed bathroom. And I prayed someone would be able to help direct me to the turnpike. Enter the ever affable, gentlemanly, and handsome Manager Geoff. He not only took me aside to explain in detail, but assuaged my panic that I was trying to conceal. His directions were so spot on, I smiled in the car with every exit marker he had mentioned as I came upon them. The coffee I had was fresh and strong, and I'm just really happy I stopped there. Geoff helped me bypass ALL the traffic, learn an alternate route, and restore my faith in customer service, all in one shot. This WAWA is exemplary. And so are the employees here. read more

I remember seeing $20.xx as my total and then it came out on my bank statement as $30.99....did the math and it didnt add up. This convenience store is very unique in that it has a full-service sandwich shop inside it. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak, and my family ordered a Pesto Veggie sandwich, an Egg Salad Sandwich, and a Turkey Sandwich. All the sandwiches were made very quickly, and the food exceeded all of my expectations. The Philly Cheesesteak was very close to authentic, and the other sandwiches were flavorful as well. This review is for Wawa in general, and not specifically this store. So what is a Wawa? It's a convenience store, for those of you from out of state. It's like a 7-11 on steroids. Many newer Wawas sell gasoline for a cheaper price than others. The stores sell an array of goods including coffee, freshly made hot and cold sandwiches, other entrees, and sides. Drinks are in large coolers, while daily made donuts are in racks. They have Tastykakes too, but Flowers Baking have ruined them. They have pre-made meal items and salads in coolers. Looking for hard-boiled eggs with salt packets? Yup, they've got them, too. Bags of chips and other salty snacks are available, and they have a small supply of grocery and health staples. They are open 24-7 except for a few days a year. Their stores and gas areas are bright, clean, and well-lit. They also have big parking areas, with room for commercial trucks behind the newer stores. A nice touch is that they have free air for your vehicle tires. I don't know too many people who don't like Wawa. There are many locations and a go-to if you just need one or two items, rather than standing in line in a grocery store. Sheetz, 7-11, and Cumberland Farms can't stack up against Wawa. read more

I have frequented this WaWa for a number of years and I used to like their hoagies but the quality has fallen off quite a bit in the past few years. This afternoon I ordered an Italian hoagie with extra oil and extra vinegar. What I got had neither plus it had a few strands of onion and a few strands of lettuce. Very dry and not tasty at all. I also got no sour cream with my quesadilla after ordering extra sour cream. I guess I will have to open every item and check if I got what I ordered IF I go there again. read more
