I stopped to get gas…read moreand decided since I was here, I'd run in and grab a drink and some smokes. when I walked into the store, it is so cramped that I could not make it down the aisles to the coolers, so I gave up on the drink part. When I did reach the counter, I asked for cigarettes and it was like interacting with a robot. No indication that I was heard, rigid movements and no talking whatsoever. I didn't even know my item was rung up and ready to be paid for because there was no indication. When I looked at the guy behind the register it was nothing but a blank stare. I felt like I could have waved my hand in front of his face and he would not have blinked.

However, this site should be viewed as a place for gas purchases and restroom stop only. Restroom was pretty filthy though, which led to my decision to forego any type of food consumption. Parking lot is challenging to safely maneuver. I like supporting locally owned organizations but if given better conditions to do so, I am going to opt for a place that is cleaner and more appealing if I am paying the same price for gasoline.

I stopped here late one night because of my work schedule and it is basically one of the only places open after midnight in this area of the city. I walked in because I was parched and the one thing that hit me right away was the odor. It smelt like the bathrooms were overflowing and unclean for hours. Unfortunately for me, I had to use the facilities. Holding your breath while doing your business is not an easy thing to do. After that excursion, I stopped for a beverage and headed to the register. It's a bit disturbing when you show up to the register and the employee behind it is so bored out of their mind that they are on their phone while the other is staring out the windows. Sheetz, some could say is one of, if not the, most dominant chains in the state. The similarities that are visible are kind of too much to be a coincidence. From the ordering system to the font that is used in their media, to the items offered in their 'Speedy Café.' It makes one wonder whether or not this is either an offshoot of Sheetz or Sheetz has a controlling interest in the company. Now that that is out of the way, on with the review for this location. As most of you can tell, I frequent this location often. One of the major selling points for here is that they offer E85 gasoline. Having a FlexFuel car, not only is it cheaper, but it is harder to find. More stations are starting to offer, but it's not anywhere near where it needs to be. Like most gas stations now this company offers a reward card. Dependent upon whether the location is a newer one or not allots the amount off per gallon. If it is a new store, for the first month or so it is $.10 off a gallon, after that it drops significantly. The reward card works inside the store as well where you collect points for purchases. I have no clue as to what those points earn you just yet as I don't have many. The inside of the store is set up to make it an easy flow into the store. Aisles are set up in a diagonal pattern from the door leading back to the coolers and Soda Den. The food you can order here is very similar to other gas station convenience stores. Items differ little, but nonetheless you have the staples, subs, pizza, hot dogs and burgers. Customer service here still needs some work as it is new. I'm sure once they get the swing of things here this place will run rather smoothly afterwards.

Accepts Wal*Mart store cards & has Friendly welcoming clerks who handle their line well during busy times regardless of size. They made me feel like I mattered as a customer. Their small space is maintained well & kept cleanly better then some competitors do. Don't expect much in the way of basic essentials as their store area is mainly drinks, snacks, cigs & lotto. I enjoy a good cherry coke icee myself & are offered at reasonable prices regardless of size. Cig prices are lower than within the city; they have the basic selection of known brands. For wider varieties go inside Walmart across the lot. They also don't offer car additives & lubes like they once did. If you only need those car necessities just pack on the side & use the TLE door avoiding Walmarts main entrance & long walk to automotive. No rewards program, just a small fuel discount. Convenience & cost effectiveness attracts me to this location. Gas there today (when I wrote this review) is $2.99 while others are still within a $3 range. Diesel customers need to skip over this station as it's not offered here. Other amenities & goods available are Propane Ice & Air station. This location is perfect for customers who have multiple errands to run within the area. There's an abundance of shopping (Walmart's across the lot) & a few dining options within this small radius.
