I asked for medium mayo and he slapped. On about a lb of it. I had to wipe it off and if still had tons on it. The croissant was stale and so was the guys personality behind the counter. I've actually visited here time ago when they first opened & enjoyed the food. They definitely have a lot of variety for it to be a gas station & again, the food is pretty decent for it to be a gas station. Aside from that, stopped by for a late night pump of gas. Loved how well lit the area was. Will say the pumps were a bit confusing pertaining to the flex fuel? Just know that if you've never heard that term before then you probably shouldn't pump that into your car & per usual, reading is always fundamental. read more

People who work there are super friendly. As always, the smoothies are delicious. Sometimes I go late at night after work and order a chicken sandwich and fries. This place used to be pretty great. (Just in regards to the food, because let's face it - gas is gas. I have not seen too many gas stations that were significantly better than others. Although some have been pretty bad and dirty. For a typical gas station - this one is good.) Now for the food, This place has a sit down area which is fairly good. A few good sized booths and some single seaters. Never had any issue with space to sit. I remember when it first opened and probably for almost a year after, the food was fairly good. Fresh, quick, good quality and cheap. In this aspect it has gone downhill. The last few times we have went the food was more expensive than we would have liked. The food came out mediocre, and it was incredibly slow. It was slow enough where we could have driven the extra few miles to get to a decent place and eaten and still saved time. I'll go back and get a burger again, but whereas this was a weekly staple, I no longer have the desire to go as frequently. read more

If you want food that is hot, decently made with toppings that you wanted to be placed on your food; then look somewhere else because you won't find it here. Whenever I order like a burger or a sub from here, they put little meat on the subs, over pile it with shredded lettuce or today when I asked for light lettuce on my burger they put just a couple slithers of shredded lettuce on it, the bun was over toasted and the mozzarella sticks were warm but not hot. I had an encounter with the police in the parking lot Thursday night after an employee called the police claiming I was causing a disturbance in the store. I simply walked in, bought some food and told the cashier to have a great night. The officer told me that the employee even gave them my license plate number so I now know exactly who it is after seeing her wonder around my car for a bit. The night shift employees demonstrate no pride in their work and always seem very annoyed when they have to deal with a customer in the late night hours. The food is also usually of very poor quality and not up to standard with any other Sheetz location I have been to...Not to mention very, VERY slow service. I once waited 20 minutes for two hot dogs even though I was the only customer in the store. I Love sheetz! I went in for 2 cups of Ice on Sunday 12/17/17 @12 pm. The cashier informed me the two cups of ice were not free. I've always gotten a cup of ice for free at sheetz. They charged me $0.54 for the cups of ice! The female cashier informed me if I purchased something the ice would be free and the male cashier agreed, but I need nothing but the ice. My sister and are daily shoppers at this location. Love the store . Been coming ever since youve opened. Ive never had a issue with any of your staff except for one manager. I came in like usual to get the same items i get everyday there and was asked to give my i.d. which i didnt have on me , because its broken in half but he still let me purchase. Today i came in and got my usual and your female cashier was waiting on me like shes done a thousand times, she went to grab my smokes and He whispered to her to i.d. me . Its like what wow. Hes just trying to upset me on purpose. He and she knows im well over 40.im very pissed and hurt at the same time. All the other times hes waited on me and now theres a issue. Im sorry but ill never ever buy from your store any more. They all know me , im a regular. You dont treat your daily customers like that.
