We always look for Sheetz when we travel. We stop at this one 4-6 times a year. It is consistently incredibly slow. The bathrooms are a mess, usually without paper. It's bad. Stop somewhere else. read more

I was told by a manager that I could charge my phone for at most an hour on the outside plug and one of the regular workers wanted to scream at me and try to accuse me of stealing while I was just sitting there and threaten to call the cops. When it comes to gasoline stations and convenience shops, I find myself going out of my way to stop by a Sheetz station, and this one is a good example of why. The screens on the pumps are bright and clear, and the instructions easy to follow. The inside of the station is super clean and this one has a great outside patio with good tables and paver bricks for comfortable eating. Most other stations offer little to none of what a Sheetz has to offer. read more

Really poorly run. Food not fully stocked on shelves. Trash cans overflowing. Windshield wiper fluid containers by the pumps are either putrid smelling dirty water or full of garbage. People waiting in line to use the computer ordering devices. One of the worst Sheetz experience I've had. read more

Sheetz! I was so happy to see this on my journey back to the CLT. This place is known for their Made to Order (MTO)s. I love the use of the touchscreen system to let me pick what I want and what I don't want on my sandwich. I had the Turkey Melt, sans the cheese, on an awsome pretzel roll. I love that they have raisin filled cookies by the register. Reminded me of WestPA. Sheetz is more than a gas station. It is an oasis!! Now I need a Sheetz in the CLT! read more

This is a fantastic Sheetz. It is located off Rt. 19 right past the Walmart. When walking inside I thought to myself, "Yay, somewhere I can give a 5 star to." The outdoor patio is great. It has aluminum tables and is paved with brick. The patio is really what sets this place apart. You feel as if you are coming to a hip restaurant with outdoor seating, not a gas station! Inside they have all of the standard fare: Coffee Stations, MTO machines, snacks, drinks, etc. It was soooo busy, even late at night but the line moved very quickly even with only one cashier working. And she was very friendly! The only criticism I have is because of the bathrooms. Unfortunately there was toilet paper all over the floors. But this is really the fault of the customers. Other than that, a perfect Sheetz. Great job! Being from the north, I sure miss seeing these in NC where I live now. However, we just got one a few years ago (Troutman Exit 42 off I-77). read more

Travel through this way a few times a year and always stop here to order breakfast sandwiches for the family. This time i downloaded the Sheetz app to my iPhone and placed the order ahead. When we walked in our order was waiting for us. All the orders were correct and we were out the door in no time. Well done Sheetz. And a bonus is that we three cents off each gallon of gas with the Sheetz card. read more

It a big fill up station. Pumps and stuff all over the place. The station was clean and I felt just okay in the bathroom.

This is my families first time here and thought how awesome it is to be able to order your food and pick it up I have never seen a gas station that provided this kind of service with so many options. My little girls were able to order a ham and cheese sandwich. The mozzarella cheeseburger was amazing. First time I've ever had a mozzarella stick cheeseburger. I think this is my new favorite gas station one and done. read more

The sandwiches were literally wet. SOGGY BREAD. It felt juice was spilled on the sandwich. They also gave us weird red sauce that nobody asked for. Like. You really tried hard here. Don't go here. They also let people in the store without masks on and said they had a 10 person limit when there was about twenty. I've never had a bad experience at a Sheetz. They're the heaven of gas stations and convenience stores...until tonight and it wasn't because of Sheetz. I'll get to that later. In the mean time, this location was clean and the staff was courteous and friendly. The restrooms were well kept and clean. I ordered a sandwich but, I have to admit that I devoured it before I had the chance to snap a photo and share my feast. This tends to happen each and every time I order from them. I ordered a veggie sandwich. It consisted of lettuce, honey mustard, pepper, pickles, hot pepper rings, red onions, and jalapeño cheese on a toasted ciabatta role cut in half. Probably doesn't sound remotely fulfilling to those meat lovers but for the veggies out there it's on point. So, I placed my ordered and cashed out and started browsing the wonderful shelves of SnaX when I had an encounter and not with a specie from another planet. Although, I feel that would've been a much more pleasant encounter. As I was browsing this woman who evidently was in a hurry, in a bad mood, hated life, etc. says, "exxxcuuuuse me!" I looked up at her and moved forward and thought, "wow, rude a#%! Oh, Cheez-it's!" Yes, I'm easily distracted. I didn't get the Cheez-it's *insert sad face* but, I did have a fantabulous sandwich and even though some woman was rude I'm leaving Sheetz satisfied once again! Thanks Sheetz! Its a fast food/gas station. Its exactly what you would expect. They say the food is fresh but what they mean is that they microwave it when you order it. Like I said, its was you would expect from a gas station rest stop. read more

When it comes to MTO's Sheetz is the place! Their subs are made fresh and quickly. The touch ordering system rocks and speeds up the process. Subway should catch onto this. I never pass up a Sheetz! read more

This is your typical Sheetz and has all of the MTO Food which is always good. This Sheetz is currently undergoing a renovation so parking is reduced and there is some clutter inside the store. When crowded it is very difficult to navigate through the parking lot. It looks like they may be putting in a drive-thru. During our visit the men's rest room was closed. They use to have a larger variety of Donuts which was good, but now they seem to be trending toward the prepackaged cookies and pastries which is disappointing. When the construction is finished things will improve but for now we will hit the Sheetz a few miles down the road in Fayetteville just because it is easier to get into and out of. read more

Sheetz is like the Honey Badger. They are fearless innovators of the convenience world. Their ordering screens alleviate miscommunication between customer and clerk. If the order is wrong it's because the customer is a stupid jackal. Just like someone who can't make up their mind what to order at KFC. It's CHICKEN. Only smarter is the Sheetz drive thru with the same format screen. Genius! Summersville, Fayetteville, Weston, Beckley, Daniels, Mt. Hope, Morgan Town Dudes and Dudettes are rockin it out. read more
