1st time there great service 2nd & 3rd time slow as hell and had to ask for refund 4th time on me for returning, feel bad for employees they look tired and checked out! And waited this time to pay for order till it was done and walked out, with no food again. But this time didn't have to waste time asking for refund. Food is good ,service not so good at 4am-530am time. Speedway with there pre-warmed stuff is better option when headed to work in morning! Sheetz is LITERALLY... TOTALLY.. awesome ! totally recommend going there. it's a good store for road trips or just even going there just to go there.. like i said, TOTALLY RECOMMEND GOING THERE. read more

My husband and I visited this new Sheetz today. We started with getting gas and then moved inside to check out the store. The store was clean and the selection of beverages and snacks were enormous and fantastic! There were employees stocking products and employees sweeping the floor. The cashier was friendly and gave us an informational paper about their app and discounts. We did not order from the in-store restaurant this time around, but we did look through their food selection on their ordering screen, and they do offer quite a large variety of made to order items. There is also a nice seating area for people to sit and enjoy their restaurant orders. My husband has ordered from a different Sheetz restaurant previously and said that their made to order food was both fresh and delicious. We purchased some peppermint hot chocolate and were quite impressed with just how delicious it was. I was also amazed by how many drink options this store offers. Whatever you are looking for, they will probably have it. I'm really looking forward to the new Sheetz opening up in Fraser this year. These are truly nice stores/gas stations. read more

So my wife comes home from work and she's ranting that the girls in our office are going on and on about sheetz and how great the food is so last week around lunchtime I just happen to be at the sheets gas station on Van Dyke Road in Warren and I figured I would give it a shot It's becoming more and more trendy for gas stations to offer more upscale food options. This is tremendously prevalent in the Middle Eastern neighborhoods outside of the suburbs of Detroit, where I live. So I go in and look at the menu and they have hamburgers. They have chicken they have fish. I should also preface if you're not from Michigan we Michiganders love fish. I grew up eating fish. There are lots of great fish restaurants in the Metro Detroit area, fish fish fish. So I'm not super hungry so I ordered this fish sandwich with two fish fingers on a hotdog bun topped with pico de gallo. While I'm placing the order on the condiment stand, I eyeball a packet of mayonnaise and I think to myself perfection so once you order your given a ticket and you take the ticket up and pay for the order and it subsequently places the order with the kitchen as I walked to the front counter, the lady behind the counter says, would you like a breakfast cup and I politely decline she says they're free. I said no thank you they really are good. I said OK I'll take a breakfast cup she explains that it has scrambled eggs and sausage and cheese. So I go into the dining room and I'm sitting at a table waiting for my order to be prepared and I can see two gentlemen sitting at the table about 25 feet away from me and they're either the owner of the station or the regional manager or a combination of both. They're wearing the shirts and they have the laptops and they just portrayed the image of management in that environment. So the kitchen causes my number and I go and pick up my sandwich and as I sit back down, and I opened it up, there are two chicken fingers, one besides my thumb the other side of my index finger I touch them with my finger in there it's nice and hot so what I decide to do is I break one open and something doesn't look right this fish looks gelatinous. It looks wet. I touch it with my finger and it is ice cold on the inside. I look up and I can catch eye contact with one of the managers, and I know the look at my face had to say what the fuck he simply looked away so I went back up to the counter and I said listen. This fish is ice cold on the inside. I'm not interested. She says I have to go to the counter where I picked up the order I asked for a refund and she said yes, so I went to the counter and I said listen. This fish is ice cold on the inside. I don't want it one of the people behind the counter says well, we can make you another order. I said why why would I want to take a chance that you'll get it right the next time one of the girls behind the counter says just go to the front counter they'll give you a refund so now I'm walking back to the front counter and the woman behind the counter says is everything OK? I said no I want a refund. Oh I thought you wanted to re-order I go OK I don't so she gave me the refund now. Mind you neither of the management tights ever acknowledged my existence as I'm walking out the door I think to myself well I got a breakfast cup so as I stepped out the door, I popped open the top. I took out the fork, and I took a small bite of the breakfast cup, and I have to tell you it took everything in me to keep from throwing that cup at the window of the business, it was absolutely dog food. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. I told my wife when she got home. You need to find a new job and quit listening to those girls at work.Sheetz is absolute garbage. read more
