I've only gone to one location but I have worked with therapist from the other locations as well. Everyone is truly concerned about your well being and how you feel. This is my second go around at GA PT and sports medicine there are a few new faces but everything else is the same. They are all great, I don't have anything but good things to say about the way I've been treated by each and every one of them.

Our Nurse was very compassionate to our issue. We were not rushed to answer quickly and both Nurse and Doctor listened to us and asked questions to gain full information. After reviewing my husband's CT scan, he said that there was so much infection in the gallbladder that he couldn't operate on him until the infection was gone. He didn't want to send my husband home due to the fact he would receive antibiotics through an IV and that would work faster than sending him home and taking pills plus my husband was in so much pain, he was given pain meds through his IV as well. My husband's WBC went down and Dr. Dua was notified. He came in during a snow storm on a Saturday to perform surgery. He called in a team who he knew would be able to come in safely and they operated on my husband. After the surgery was over, Dr. Dua came out to talk to me. He said that even though my husband's WBC was down and it was good to perform surgery, he told me my husband's gallbladder was full of infection, which surprised him very much. He proceeded to tell me that any other surgeon, probably would have cut into my husband to get his gallbladder out due to what my husbands looked like. Dr. Dua said he was able to remove my husband's gallbladder laparoscopic. What a relief I felt knowing he could do this. Quicker healing, out of the hospital in a day if WBC was normal. Thank you so much Dr. Dua for performing a successful gallbladder surgery on my husband. His recovery has been remarkable and he feels 100% better. Also, I thank you for coming in during the snow storm. I know you could have called and said you would do int the next day, but you went beyond the call of duty, along with your team, to perform a successful gallbladder removal in my husband. I needed bloodwork done, my normal routine bloodwork, my insurance covers Labcorp. I have requested Dr Niazi's office to send over lab requests three separate times. I've shown up at Labcorp and no lab requests. So I go pick them up at Dr Niazi's office and they are the wrong requests. The staff at Niazi's office just printed off of mychart. Not the right thing, It was not lab orders. I go to do a echeck in at wellstar today for next weeks appointment and that too is wrong. It says I have no insurance and I am the responsible party, THEY HAVE MY INSURANCE CARD. It's been the same insurance for a year and I visited the same DR in April. So, they took off the insurance. It is one big headache at the facility with the staff. Next year I will go elsewhere. They have gotten that bad. I shouldn't have to correct staff every time I go in. I am very disappointed because I like Dr Niazi, just not his staff.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Livitz as my PCP. I find her to be very knowledgeable and not quick to medicate. However, I work 5 days a week, 8-5. I am a Registered Nurse at a facility that is difficult to take time off due to being in a transitional phase. I scheduled a telemedicine appointment with Dr. Livitz. I wait an hour, called the office to confirm I had the write day and time, I did! Dr.Livitz never showed up! I should charge her for that visit since it pulled me away from work. I let it go because she sent me an apology and said she would call that evening. She never called. This never happened before. I made my yearly physical appointment. Last week I left work early to get to this appointment. My Supervisor covered my patients so that I could see her. I showed up 15 minutes early as requested. My appointment was at 2:30, I was pulled into a room at 3:00. I let the Nurse know I had to go back to work. She stated Dr.Livitz was worth the wait. I waited and waited. 3:35 and still no sign of the Dr. My time is just as valuable as Dr. Livitz. Another day pulled away from work with no visit with the Dr. Now, I am not going to tell you to go elsewhere because I have been pleased with my care. I have family who are pleased with their choice of physicians. Dr.Livitz is a great physician but, it is rude to not show up for your appointments or have someone notify the patient that you are behind schedule. If you have nothing better to do with your time, go see her. Otherwise, choose another physician. My family loves Dr. Bruni and Dr. Morris. I now have to find another physician. I am sad about this because I have not been feeling well and would have liked to discuss this. I hope this review is helpful.

Staff was friendly at the check in counter, and I did not have to wait too long to get signed in. I had already spent 50 minutes on the phone for the preoperative interview. The preparation for my surgery didn't take too long either. The nursing staff was very friendly and professional. The Anestesia Doctor did his job, but he was not extremely personable. To him, I was just a number. However, my Doctor Karen Buhariwalla was amazing. She explained what would happen in the upcoming procedure, and made small talk to make me feel confident, and relaxed. After the surgery the dismissal process was easy. Noone wants to have anything to do with a hospital, but if I ever have to, I would chose this one.
