Seriously, the best Butter Chicken and Prawn Pad Thai I've ever had. You can also find all this deliciousness at Calgary Coop!

All other butter chicken pales in comparison. The best I've ever had. The only reason the crazy parking lot at the market is worth it!

Customer service could be better. The food is ok. Chicken is usually tough. It's not terrible, but not great.

Upon taking a quick, curious look online at this place after my first meal, I was surprised to find that this place is not (yet) regarded in discussion about Calgary's finest Indian restaurants, as the meal I'd enjoyed had easily suggested that to me. From my perspective, the name of this business is exactly the service it provides. I did not recognize much of the menu outside of what is normally on an Indian restaurant in North America, aka about 50%. I used Google for a lot of the dishes because I've only ordered online, but other reviews have said that the staff are very friendly and are happy to take any questions. It is consistently amazing, quality food at a reasonable price. The menu is large but doesn't seem to buckle under its size whatsoever, everything I've had had been wicked fresh, implausibly flavourful and impeccably quality. I hope this place finds a lot of success! It is still young but I believe it has the makings of a legend among Calgary restaurants. Take the Passage.

I enjoyed the vindaloo, the korna, and the tika masala. Generous portions. Quaint little dining room located in a strip mall. This place is on my must visit list every time I'm in the city.

Hers, veggie and sweet (coconut milk). They were both positively decadent. The sauces were rich and smooth, without a hint of the oil breaking. Lamb was tender and succulent, her veggies were a step past al dente, which is fine. Sides - 4/5 We were surprised to see options of rice or naan to attend the dish, so yea each opted for one. The rice was well cooked, sprinkled with saffron and some roasted caraway seeds. The naan was fine, though probably had some excess oils on it making it a notable greasier experience that I think I am used to. Still, delicious way to finish up the sauce. This is a great place we feel luck to have found on a trip and we surely would love to find work in Calgary if only to frequent this place for lunch and their great combos. I don't know if I'd travel the whole 1200 miles just to eat here again, but I would consider it.

Hugo stepped in and helped since our primary server was busy. He did an amazing job and made sure our experience was top notch. I started with the wicket looking for a spicy and sweet cocktail. It was ok, the garlic chili oil was a bit strong and took over the rest of the flavors. I wanted wine with the meal and Hugo went above and beyond. He brought out 3 recommendations with healthy sampler pours as well as the bottle to take pictures if I liked one of them. His choice of the riesling was spot on. It was not too sweet as I asked and had some earthy notes to it. He had the lamb kati and curry and chips for an appetizer. The lamb kati was outstanding. The ground lamb was cooked perfect with a hint of spice and flavored very well. We got chicken on the curry and chips. That was also very good, my only feedback was the chicken although flavored well was just a touch dry (would probably do the ground lamb next time). For diner we both had the lamb entree with a side of basmati rice and naan. The entree was outstanding, the lamb had a nice salt and pepper crust with great flavors. The naan was soo good, I called them elephant ears because of the size. They were flavored so good. We did not let a drop of the rogan josh sauce got to waste. Even though full we tried a bite of their deconstructed cheesecake type dessert. It was refreshing and lightly sweet. A tasty bite. Great experience, great food and even better service.

We came during lunch time and there was quite a bit of space, so we were able to be seated quickly. The interior of the restaurant is nicely decorated, with an ambience that would be good for hosting events. For the food we decided to order the Chili Chicken, a Kati Roll with Lamb Keema, and chicken. I think that the food here was flavored well and I especially enjoyed the Kati Roll as the paratha was really crispy. The portions are a bit on the smaller side though, especially for the price of each dish. Overall, I think it's a nice restaurant to have Indian food at if you're visiting Calgary.
