Her service was good, but she does her billing in a strange way. She makes you sign electronically but you don't event know what your signing. Also She charged me $ 200 on copayments when my insurance states I don't have copayments for the service she was giving me. So I had to find another dentist ... read more

Dr Safarian did an amazing job on New Years Eve. She was the only dentist willing to accept a new patient emergency on the holiday (even the medi-cal clinics wouldn't take me because I have private insurance). I had already called my regular dental office and left msgs on their emergency voicemail but I was not getting a call back and I was miserable & desperate. Dr Safarian answered the phone and did not hesitate to take me in within two hours of my phone call. I came to the office which was clean and quaint and waited while she worked on another patient (another emergency I surmise) as she later told me that New Year's Eve was her day off. She was caring and considerate while working on them, acknowledged me and said that she would be with me ASAP. I heard Dr Safarian talk to another patient while I was there about her hopes for the future of her office, she is forward thinking, looking into ways to bring specialists to her office for the convenience of her clients and looking to use the most advanced forms of technology to improve her practice. There is truly bigger things to come in future from this office. She had to change and clean the room herself after her patient, then she manned the reception desk herself as it appeared that she had given her receptionist the day off. After she entered all my information into the system, she cleaned the room again and changed and took me in to check out my problem. She figured out my issue and had to refer me out. She was very concerned with my comfort level while I waited to see the specialist so she prescribed me pain medication and an antibiotic to get me by. She called me the next business day to check on how I was doing and to make sure that I would be seen by the appropriate specialist. I later found out that my regular dental office had lost their "emergency" phone so had I not been seen by Dr Safarian that day I would have suffered for three more days before I could be seen by my dentist and due to the extent of the pain I was in, I probably would have had to go to the emergency room on New Years Eve. Instead I was comfortable (if not cured) and able to enjoy the holiday with my loved ones. Do not hesitate to see this denist! Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr Safarian for all her kindness and selflessness! read more

Everyone needs to go to Dr. Safarian! She is very understanding and accommodating. My husband hates dentist, but he loves her and feels very comfortable. There is so many good things to say and I think anyone who needs a good dentist in the area should go to Dr. Safarian :) read more

There are so many positive things to say about Dr Safarian - and nothing negative. I was able to get an appointment without waiting weeks or months (like my last 2 dentists) and the appointment was confirmed the prior day (I love this small attention to detail). The office was clean, quiet and very calming. AND she doesn't do the old fashioned scraping that I hate - she uses the water jet cleaning method! She truly cares about her patients - you can tell that by what she says and how she addresses concerns. And she's an animal lover! I will DEFINITELY be going back to see her! read more

You never have a second chance to make a good first impression. I will never go back! She was much more interested in pulling weeds and caring for her flowers than earning new patients. Big mistake! After a very quick look at my teeth and at x-rays, she told me I had a tooth that was seriously cracked and needed a crown, another crown needed replacing, fillings needed replacing, and cosmetic repairs and fluoride treatments. She never even showed me the tooth that is about crack apart! I was devastated to hear how my teeth were falling apart, not to mention the expense, and she seemed quite happy about the blow she had dealt me. Went to an honest, well established dentist for a second opinion. I was told NO WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE and that I had great healthy teeth. I wanted to support local businesses, but it is much better to drive the distance for a good, REPUTABLE, HONEST dentist. None found in Middletown, sadly. read more

Totally unprofessional! This is a dentist who is apparently her own receptionist, scheduler, and assistant. A walk-in patient had come in just before me; since Dr. Safarian was the only person in the office, it took her a while to realize two people were in the waiting room. She finally noticed us and asked who was first. I mentioned that I was there for my appointment but got no response. As I continued to wait, she regularly left her patient in the chair while she answered the phone, chatted with clients, and booked appointments The dentist finished with the poor man in the chair (and booked his future cleanings and crown work), chatted with the walk-in client, and led the woman into the back without even acknowledging me. No greeting, no explanation or apology for a delay...she literally just turned around and left me sitting in the waiting area. After fuming for a moment, I got up and left. And I wouldn't use Dr. Safarian if she was the last dentist in Northern California. read more
