While everything is expensive right now, I feel like the ease of experience adds a lot of value, and the prices are competitive with other area facilities.

This was an out-of-state delivery (to Connecticut). We were impressed by the professionalism at every step of the way. We didn't want to be surprised by "unexpected" additional costs when our furniture was delivered. Heidi's quote was higher than competitors but seemed much more reasonable compared with past moves. In the end, the final cost was a little lower than the estimate. More than fair cost for the value of the work done. Well done, Heidi! Justin, Matt, and Brad showed up promptly on the scheduled day to pack us. Polite, responsible -- and efficient! They packed boxes and protected the furniture well. They finished early enough to start loading the truck that day and came back the following day to finish loading. They arrived earlier than expected in Connecticut the following morning and unloaded very quickly. Furniture was positioned and reassembled as we wanted and boxes were placed in the correct locations. Amazing work! Nothing was lost. Nothing was broken. Despite the careful protection, there were minor scuff marks on a couple of pieces, but nothing worth trying to repair. On time, under budget, and in good order. It doesn't get better than that. I was looking at a peak time. I started to call further and further outside of Burlington and finally found one storage unit available with Chimney Corners Self Storage. Deborah, the woman who answered the phone, was very helpful. She said the business was new and the units were new and clean. Given the fact I knew storage units were in high demand and low supply at the time, I jumped on opportunity and put down a deposit. I also found the business website to be very helpful and educational. I had my furniture and possessions in storage with Chimney Corners for 6 months, which was a lot longer than I expected I would need when I originally called. Regardless, the storage unit I rented was large, clean and I had no problems. There were a few times I needed to call and ask questions and the phone was answered almost every time and when it wasn't Deborah called me back right away. I felt like my furniture was safe and I very much appreciated the great customer service I received. I just moved all of my stuff out and if I needed to put things in storage again, I would happily do so here. Refreshingly easy and worry-free experience. Also, given the location right off of Exit 17, it was not far from Burlington - about 20 minutes - so it didn't feel that far at all.
