This time was yesterday, March 6th, and it was a more urgent matter, in my dad's condominium. I called to make appointment, and spoke with Ginger, who was wonderful in keeping communication back and forth by email, so I could send photos of panel and other concerns. A date was scheduled and the electrician dispatched, Joshua was phenomenal! I had sent Ginger an email the evening before the appointment, to have Josh review it, and have all the information before hand for when he showed up. Josh called on his route to my location, and also confirmed he had reviewed the email. He evaluated the issues of concern to me, explained what course of action would be best to minimally have to go into any drywall, and explained several options. Josh completed the job exactly as he said he would do, and this alone, senior citizen, felt heard, and certainly felt I was dealing with a very trustworthy company with TR Electric and in Josh, the electrician. God forbid, I need more electrical work, but if so, I will use TR Electric again, and request Josh. Great Job! Thanks again TR & Josh! Denise V.

    Couldn't even make it out of my car before I encountered terrible service. I have a large re-wire…read moreproject coming up and have been searching for a good electrician to help me on my plans. I arrived 10 minutes before they opened. I realized that when the employees were outside smoking cigarettes which is not an issue. The issue I have is that a man broke out of the group and started pacing my car and I started to feel uncomfortable. The man darted out IN FRONT of my car and stopped causing me to stop in my tracks. At this point I didn't know if I was getting robbed or what was going on. The man started to get upset and say this is private property back up and leave. He was blocking me from accessing the other exit of the parking lot and insisted I go back out the way I came which happens to be where the group of people were hanging out. I tried to call the office and was told the owner would be in around 10am. When I called back nobody answered and over the period of 30 minutes I had 2 no answers and the lady Aubrey answered the phone stating "we know who you are and you have called four times and left a message for her to call." 2 of the calls nobody answered and I only left one message for the owner/manager to call me back on the voicemail. The tone in Aubrey's voice was telling me that I was a problem, and she didn't want to deal with me in a courteous manner. I never told her why I was calling but did say it was a personal matter. I never once raised my voice with these people and treated them with respect even when they were not showing me any. This man and Aubrey are not representing this business in a good way. My job was going to run me close to $10,000 for a rewire but there are way too many other companies out there that deserve the business. I won't spend a dime here. Still waiting on the "owner" Kathy to call me back. At this stage of the game I'm not sure if the owners name is Kathy at all. To follow up on Kathy's response. There were no cars at the GREEN light at the intersection and as a handicapped person I don't just go for the first parking spot available in most cases. ALSO, your sign states that there is only one entry, which is exactly what I was expecting. The fact there is actually 2 was unexpected. To be frank I was expecting to have to turn around, which is why I went past the more busy parking area. Bottomline is Kathy is going to fabricate reasoning for her business's bad behavior. I won't continue this back and forth but just leave you with food for thought. What if after hiring this company you had a dispute? Is this the way the company handles them? Create a false narrative to justify their position and safe face?
