Being new to the childcare scene this was a horrible experience. I set up a tour a week in advance,…read moretoday I get there and was just buzzed in no one asked me who I was or why I was there, so as I'm standing by the front office door a child finally asked me why I was there, I said for a tour. Someone came and got me and had me fill out a paper then said oh sorry we are only accepting full time kids?! It was a waste of my time and the lady didn't even give me information for other Child-times that could maybe help our family. Never again will I use a child time.

The worst childcare I've ever had to leave my 2 year old. In spite of having an access to camera…read morethe teacher was harsh to the kids. I had my first suspicion when my son came home dull and was not happy to go back to the school. He kept on saying there's a monster. This is when I checked the camera the next day to see what's really happening. I saw the teacher pulling my son's hand and made him stand somewhere. According to the school staff they are against timeouts but the teacher did it anyway. She also almost dragged my son to his cot at nap time. I also saw her shaking a girl and looked like scolding her. The teacher was mostly interested in the iPad they have and click only happy photos. This is a childcare and they do exactly the opposite. I would really urge the parents to keep looking at the camera when you can and maybe ask your child about the teachers. I am a stay-at-home mom and therefore had the time to look what's happening in the class. I complained to the school and they apologized and refunded the money that was paid. I should have pushed for more action but was totally traumatized and didn't want to run behind it anymore. I would never send my child here and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I had to give the one star since yelp wouldn't let me post the review without a star rating!

My daughter has attended Childtime for approximately a year and a half. Her teacher, miss Justine…read moreis so sweet and kind to her and she really seems to enjoy her job. The day is structured with learning activities and also fun activities. We are moving this fall and will to another Childtime, but will miss this one. Would recommend to others.

My 3 yr old twins started preschool here on 9/6/16 and so far so good. Actually, so far so Awesome…read more Ms. Shelby is their teacher and although she is younger she really runs that preschool room very efficiently and smoothly, and all the kids including mine love her. The overall facility is very clean and organized, with the children divided into appropriate age groups. The security system to get into the building makes me feel safe leaving my kids there. Beside a curriculum of learning, my twins have also experienced the tumble bus while there, weekly music classes, work on fine motor skill by playing games and climbing the rock wall that is in the gym- yes a Rock Wall, how cool is that for the kids. One of the best things is you get to keep up on what your child is doing throughout the day via emails you are sent, I know exactly what they are doing every time they switch activity/learning lesson. Only thing that bothers me is there is no snack time. My 3 yr. olds are there from 9-11:30am and there is no snack time. My kids are not big eaters when they wake up, but I know around 10pm they are hungry. I feel bad they cannot eat until I pick them up 11:30am. I wish I was able to provide a snack so that they could have a 10 minute break to refuel. Oh, and there is no "contract" at this place either, all you do is give 2 week notice should your situation change and you no longer want to attend.

I am so sad we need to leave - logistics issue after work transfers :(…read more We moved here after Kindercare closed and another center had major license issues. Jennifer was helpful with everything. I disagree with the other reviewers in the following ways (and I will explain why I LOVE KA at the same time): 1. Every kid is different - my daughter knew all of her letters and numbers way before my son (and she is younger). You can't rely on them growing at the same speed. 2. The 3 year old room has Miss Joan who has worked for KA for YEARS. She goes through letters and numbers in the mornings. My son came to KA at 4 knowing nothing and she whipped him into shape in a few months. She can be a tough cookie, but if you need parenting advice and can't find Jennifer (the director)...Joan is your girl. 3. Tuition: you have to pay holidays and vacation days regardless of where you go. As long as we have gone to KA, they have not had a snow day. Ever. ALLLLLL the other schools will be closed, but KA is open for business. 4. Homework: feel like you have NO CLUE what your kid is doing all day at preschool? I've been there. KA sends home optional homework packets that my son LOVES doing. It helps me realize what he is learning during the day and he likes to show off (to me and probably also his sister) all of his number knowledge. 5. Turnover: There have been a few people moving around, but nothing like what I have seen at other centers. The center director has been there for over a decade. She knows her stuff, is no-nonsense but kind. She has a love for her job and her students. And she is a fountain of knowledge if you need help with ANYTHING. I don't know anything about the baby/toddler side because my son is older, but overall we are very happy.

Stay away from this place…read more.. reasons why: 1. my 3 year old is not learning any letters or numbers, they are not teaching it. 2. they make you pay tuittion upfront. 3. You have to pay all holidays and if there is a snow day or if they loose power, you have to pay for all those days. 4. you also have to pay 1/2 tuittion for vacation days. 5. last snow day they did not update their voicemail message and I drove 2 kids in a snow storm 15 miles to find a note in the door that center is closed. 6. Overall not happy at all.
