To the point that service can't be done because the levels are too low. I was offered assistance a few times while I was waiting. I purchased a GardenSpa hot tub. It was delivered, expertly unloaded & moved into place, he started the tub. Couldn't have gone smoother. Price was significantly better than the same tub elsewhere. My only concern was it was my first tub running on 110 vs 220. I does take longer to heat up but it has performed well so far & we have been using it all winter long. It keeps the heat at 104 -105 no problem. Definitely a 5 star experience. (A little odd we thought) - "good afternoon" I said and went on to explain what we were looking for without going into whether I was"OK" or not. The guy had no clue and said "you'll have to wait for Jamie" who was clearly busy with another customer After a further 5 minutes we left without any further interaction with any staff Unreal !!!
