After shopping at this store 10/17/22, I am very concerned for the health and well being of the…read morerabbits at this Rural King location. I am an experienced rabbit mom. Rabbits need access to Timothy hay at all times to maintain property dietary health. These Rabbits had none. Rabbits should never be kept in a wire bottom cage. However, if they are, they need a rubber mat or bedding under their feet to avoid sore feet developing. These Rabbits had no bedding or mats. Rabbits need access to food. These Rabbits had no food. I contacted Rural King corporate customer service regarding the conditions of the rabbit cages in this store. They informed me that they are looking into it and will address it with management. This situation is cruel and it's animal neglect. Shame on Rural King of Angola, Indiana!!!!

Husband took a battery in to exchange as it will not start the truck or hold a charge according to…read morethe battery charger we have. The salesgirl, who admitted she knows nothing about batteries or vehicles, would not remove a core charge because she said the tester showed it was good. Husband tried to explain that something is wrong with the battery and why but he was dismissed. You lost a battery sale and a return customer!

We had been planning on staying at my boyfriends' family's house for a few days in Indiana during Christmas but due to an emergency had to go back to Michigan the same day. All of the Love's I stop at always has impeccably clean bathrooms - and at 3am, on the day of Christmas (12/26, technically), this one did too, and I was very grateful. They also have any foods or drinks you'd like, including hot roller items that you'd typically see at 7/11 - my boyfriend got a hot dog or sandwich for the road, I believe. Giving this Love's a 5 so hopefully it'll bring their rating up.
