The other facilities close by are usually unclean, unsafe and unacceptable. So, it's nice to know this is close by when I come down to visit my mother who lives close by. Nothing worse than not being able to find reasonable prices gas at a safe location. QT provides this and I like it. Im sure they are going to encounter some of the problems endemic to the area like unsavory characters wandering about. So it will be interesting over time to see how they handle this area.

I've actually had two run ins with aggressive people just trying to grab dinner after dark.
