I cannot believe that the Shell station on 116th and Smokey Point should be shut down. First they have the highest prices...$4.99. They have always been high and people should boy cotted. They are obviously not concerned. Very few people go there. COSTCO and the Tulalip Chevron are $ .60 lower. Don't trade at this shell. read more

My teenage daughter had an emergency and ran into the store before me to use the restroom. I was on my way in to buy water and a candy bar for my wife and my teenage daughter comes out saying the gentleman won't let her use the restroom because she's not a customer. I walk in shortly thereafter a d ask for my daughter to use the restroom, he proceeds to tell me it's for customers only.... I told him to let my daughter use the restroom because we're going to buy items from the store and we were customers. It's a shame that there's so many selfish customers out there which create selfish businesses.... Don't use this store!!! read more

They guys at this location are awesome. Always super friendly and personable. My kids love stopping to say hi to these guys. I'm sure the candy has something to do with it as well but not one complaint. Thanks for making Everett great again! read more

Do not spend your money in this place ! I witnessed a young man ask the cashier for his gas on pump 2 . The cashier put the man's gas on pump 4 . The young man came back in the store told him the pump wasn't working cashier became very rude was screaming at the young man that he told him he wanted gas on pump 4 someone else pumped the young man's gas cashier refused to refund the young man's money or correct the problem . He was very rude to the young man as well screaming at him to get out of the store ! I and several customers behind me walked out . Not spending my money in a place that conducts business that way . As review below this one states the guy has a attitude like us hard working Americans are scum beneath his shoes ! Not a good person and not a good way to work in customer service ! read more

Do not shop at the shell on highway 2 and Lewis St., In Monroe, WA. They won't let you use the bathroom. Plus by law you are allowed to pay for scratch and lotto tickets with debt. card but they won't, they only take cash. And it says on the pamphlet you get when you receive your debt or credit card that "by law" you get a receipt for any and all transactions you do with your card but they don't even print one out. Everywhere else you go it prints out automatically whether you want one or not. By not printing it out automatically they are taking responsibility for breaking the law. Worst experience by far at a gas station. I went to refill our propane tanks so we can BBQ. This being the only propane station in a 20 mile radius. My 11yr old daughter and I went inside store to ask cashier to refill propane tank. The cashier responded with an irritated attitude, and was speaking to me as if I was scum beneath his shoe, like how dare I ask for propane. He said he cannot do propane he was too busy and the only person working. That he cannot leave store and that maybe if was slow/down time he could, but it was really busy time for him. He told me to get out and I could come back at 10pm then there will be 2 employees working. (Keep in mind we were the only people in the store and there was one person filling up at the pumps about 6:50 pm on Saturday). I told him there was no need to be so rude. Cashier attitude was just down right nasty, rude and hateful. I asked him if he was owner or manager and he told me none of my business. It was work secret. Not to worry about it. My daughter and I walked out of store as he continued to yell at us from behind the register. The man at the pump heard cashier yelling and asked me if cashier was being a jerk to us. He said the cashier was an a**hole (excuse language please) to him too. I rate the station negative 5 stars if system would allow. read more

A cashier named Rez asked for my number. He was so funny and nice I gave it to him and told him I was going to work. He kept calling and texting me. I was able to quickly message him I was super busy. He calmed down a bit and I called him after work to explain that I am a manager I don't have anytime to talk at work I'm too busy and didn't even take a lunch. He was nice and understood. Then he asked for photos. I gave him a silly filtered photo but he didn't like it and wanted something sexy. A full body photo. I wouldn't send one. He called me and asked what I wanted from him. I told him he was a stranger and we could be friends. He agreed but it only got worse. He told me we needed to have sex to prove we were good together and a nude because he needed to "see the goods before he buys". I was very upset and told him I wasn't even feeling comfortable going to a gas station I pass every day and he said "okay thank you". I was so frustrated I am sure he does this to more woman than me! read more
