After asking if they toasted it and them responding that they did, when they clearly did not. The hoagie was soggy, stale and cold. Certain cashiers will go from running to the register to making food without changing gloves. The drink cases are always in disarray. Drinks spilled in the case and just left. Some of the workers seem to be super spacey and not even see or hear you. The good thing is that the floors do get cleaned almost daily and the trash seems to be kept up on compared to other Wawas.

This is such a random review but it must be said…read more While on a shopping spree with my Mom and Aunt in Fallston, we stopped here for gas and were trying to scope the area for a coffee shop, when I noticed a chalkboard sign propped up against the side of the building saying "Baltimore Coffee and Tea Pumpkin Spice." YESSSS! Obviously we went inside to see a stand with 6 coffee thermoses with the Baltimore Coffee and Tea logos on them. I asked the very very nice employee how fresh the coffee was... because you never know when they are in those thermoses, he said he just made all of them within the past 30 min... SCORE again. He was in the process of putting out new creamers and milk options too, it was just so perfect. Also, this was at like 3pm on a Saturday, so not like morning rush or anything. Anyway, we all got the sticky cinnamon bun coffee, a pump of vanilla syrup and milk, which was fantastic and our total was like $3 and some change. Coffee on me! Haha. We were really impressed that we found the best place to get coffee in Fallston, and it was at this little gas station. And props to the awesome service! I wish I got his name, but he was very polite and happy that he made us so happy!

The staff seemed confused but eventually handed me my order, which was still sitting behind the prep area. In-store pickup has its flaws but tends to be better. Honestly, just skip mobile ordering and order directly at the kiosks. With a score of 17.5 out of 25, I'd rate this location a C-. On the upside, it has ample parking, gas pumps, and EV charging stations.

I have never ever stopped and got gas in my own car but a friend literally waited until the last minute and went here and the card reading was having issues so she had to pay cash.
