I said "dang we drive all the way from Gwinnett for this and she said "did you really- oh man"! Don't believe them...they don't do it. I go to the Locust Grove, GA store #1052 to pick up my 1 $2.07 RX. I walk past the line up to the Prepaid Pickup window. I am told by the person at the regular pickup window to go to the back of the line. I tell her no need to because I prepaid. She says there is no one to help me even though there are at least 5 other people working. I say I will just wait here. I am told that the 2 that can help me are both on the phone and they are too busy to help. So I stand there waiting on my prepaid RX while the snarky cashier helps every other customer except me. After they clear out all the other customers she tells me she can get me now. One of the other two that can help is off the phone but didn't even bother. Don't offer a service that you don't provide and then have nasty, mean girl staff make sure they don't help you. Complete customer service fail and unfriendly service on top of not delivering what service that you promised and promote. Also don't think you will get help from the Publix corporate office either. After 6 calls of being hung up on and transferred all over the place because there is no "CARE" in their Customer Care, I finally was able to leave a message for a "Mike Chavez" over the Pharmacy services for store #1052. Did he give me a call back? No he did not. And based on Publix's total lack of caring about the customer, I am sure I won't hear from him tomorrow either.

It's super dark and doesn't present the safest environment after dark. Immediately upon walking into the store there was an odor that smelled like old meat. Though the odor was very present, the store was very clean and organized. As Wayfield is my go to for the "Pick 5" I proceeded to the back to see what the meat selection was like. To my dismay, it was minimal. Now, in all honesty, to the defense of the store; it was a Sunday and it was after 6 pm. Based on how the meat area looked I gather that today must have been a day of meat purchases. Nonetheless, I picked the best of the slim pickings and proceeded to checkout. Self Checkout was closed and there was only one cashier. Though he was very quick and efficient, there was still a wait. Overall, the store wasn't a bad experience. I hope they look into the odor as that isn't an inviting fragrance to walk into.

I've been wanting to try Georgia Potato Factory for a while because I LOVE baked potatoes, and…read moretheir menu and pictures look so appetizing. I finally got a chance to stop by and order 2 potatoes to go one night, and sadly, I was actually pretty disappointed by it. It seems everything is premade and once you order, they just scoop it onto your potato then warm it up before handing it to you. No big deal as I imagine it would be a long wait time if they made some of the ingredients fresh, however, I found both potatoes to be quite dry. We had to use all the sour cream they gave us to help with the dryness and flavor, and I realized once I got home that no butter was included either. Despite the dryness, it was helped by the sour cream and the toppings were plentiful, BUT I found the cheese to be quite lacking. It may be because I'm a huge fan of cheese and I feel a proper potato needs to be covered in cheese, but once you start eating or even mixing the ingredients in, you'll find that there is definitely not enough cheese for the entire potato. I had to add more cheese to my potato once I got home. The pictures make the potatoes look very cheesy so I was disappointed when I saw my potatoes. I wish I would've opened my boxes while I was still there because I likely would've just requested more cheese even for an extra cost. Anyways, despite those flaws, I still did enjoy my potatoes. I've had better though. But the size here is probably the best I can find in Georgia and the toppings are generous. The price is VERY fair for the size. I'm actually shocked it's not more. That being said, I'd likely give it another shot if I'm in the area, but I'd just know to request some extra cheese or sour cream/butter next time.

The bathroom was clean and smelled good for a rest stop bathroom. When I went back outside, although my pump was not pumping, there was a leak coming down from the connection that holds the hose to the actual pump. When I noticed this, I thought it was dangerous and important enough to walk back inside and let someone know. The ladies inside were great but sounded like they had heard this before. They said they would put a maintenance ticket in. They apologized and thanked me for coming forward. My issue is that if it is leaking when you are pumping, the pump is not accurate. I did not receive what I was paying for because of the leak.
