First off all- I should have checked Yelp before I took the hour long trip out to this place but on Google the location is listed as closing at midnight. So I took the trip out here with my son & husband... arrived at 11.04pm, walked in and the lady behind the counter said "we're closed even though our Google listing g says 12". I said "dang we drive all the way from Gwinnett for this and she said "did you really- oh man"! Now if the listing is wrong that's one thing but if you know it's wrong and you do nothing about it- that's just wrong. Plus the attitude behind her response I could have done without. read more

1 Star -- If I could give zero, I would. I ordered my food at 6:36 PM and didn't get it until after 8:00 PM. Nearly an hour and a half for a simple order. During that time, I watched two customers walk in after me, place their orders, and walk out before me. When I asked what was going on, the cashier blamed it on "a lot of DoorDash orders," but couldn't explain why people standing right in front of her who ordered after me somehow got priority. The excuse made no sense. I spent almost $40, and the service made it feel like my time wasn't valued at all. The staff moved with no urgency, and having one cashier and one cook on a Friday night is just poor planning. After all that waiting, the only thing she offered me was a drink -- which did nothing to make up for the ridiculous delay. This was an awful experience from start to finish. Clayton County Black restaurant week... there on the list. Cashier was really sweet, working front and back, they probably could use a little more help but the young man was handling it. We went in ordered our food, and decided to sit in a small space area in there to wait for our food. The guy that took our order didn't realize we were inside on the opposite side of the counter that's divided by a wall. When the food was ready the guy came to the counter, and he assumed we were in our car in the parking lot. He started waving his hand in the air looking at our car, as if he was letting us know our food was ready. Then he says "Now I know these old people see me." After he realized we were in there when he said that he never apologized. I asked him what do you mean old people. He said he didn't mean anything by it. In my mind the damage was already done, regardless to whether, or not he had apologized. I felt disrespected for being categorized as old people. We live about twenty five minutes away, and honestly the potatoes weren't worth the drive. Being from Louisiana I've had "A-LOT" better. Only six shrimp on the shrimp, chicken, and broccoli potato($18.75). Speckled pieces of broccoli. I wish I had read the reviews on this place, instead of going there with no knowledge of anything about it. I will never go there again!! I will never recommend the place to anyone. Love this place. I ate the whole thing including the skin. But you will have to wait 10-15 mins for it to get done and that's on a day it's not busy. No public bathroom. They do accept Apple Pay. Stopped in here after seeing a tiktok. The portions are huge! I don't know who's growing these potatoes but they're massive so you're definitely getting your monies worth there. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who gave us the workings of how their menu worked and how you could customize anything. I opted for the chicken, broccoli, and cheese and added onion and chives. It was very good. The chicken was a smidge dry but over all had a good flavor. They have an option to make your meal a combo which comes with a drink and a piece of cake. If I'm back in town I'd definitely try this place out again. You certainly don't go away hungry. read more

This chain is located in the Jonesboro area. The interior is small and there is no seating available to eat unless you simply want to hold your food and sit in a regular chair. The menu is primarily stuffed, baked potatoes with options to top including meat, veggies, and cheese. Very simple in design, but the taste is so indulgent. I was easily able to split one order between me and my boo. Naturally, I had to try the Philly potato and it was super cheesy. The amount of meat was a little scarce for my taste. The lack of meat topping and seating would be my only complaint. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The drink, which was suppose to be bottled, came in a regular styrofoam cup and was rather flat after paying $4.50 for the drink alone and didn't even receive a straw. Shoutout to the young folk who work here n care about the customers. Wanted to NOT shoutout the yellow/brown lady who charges for butter lol. I've been here 6+ times and NEVER paid for butter. Came here one day a nice young man hooked my potato up. Gave me as many butters as I wanted for FREE and was nice about it. This heavy set lady(only way you'll know when I'm talking about) threw my potato on the counter after a young man was letting me look at. The service is super slow, so call ahead if you plan on ordering from this establishment. I placed my order on 8/31 @ 12:39 pm. As of 1:15 pm, I'm still waiting. That's 35 minutes of waiting for an order. I spent my WHOLE lunch break plus some here waiting for an order. Now I'm late for my scheduled meeting. Please do better and let customers know of the extended wait time when ordering. I'm sure I would have left to obtain my lunch elsewhere. Oh, and the nerve to say that don't do cash refunds. I have visited the other location, but found this one to be closer to my job. I ordered the cheesesteak potato and it was good. I thought the other location's was a little better. This location wasn't crowded and I was able to get in and out. The service was pretty good. Now what I would ding them on is that they don't answer the phone. It just kept ringing. It seems like they just ignore the phone at this location. The other location did not do this.
