To whoever this may concern, I am writing this review in regards to an employee that may or may not work at this particular Shell, so this post will be added to other locations. Tonight on 6/14/26, around 3:55 AM, a Caucasian male of around 40s-50s, full blonde mustache, blue eyes, either bald or short hair under his hat, wearing a Shell uniform with almost baggy black shorts, black wrist band likely a watch of sorts, was stopping by my place of work as we are open late to shop. Earlier, we had a difficult incident of theft where one individual threatened gun violence, something that I told him and his group he was with that we will be closed for a bit to avoid that scenario coming true. He exclaimed to me no the fuck you're not, you're gonna be open because I need to get milk for my baby. I did not tolerate that behavior and told him forget it I was gonna be nice and let only you in and refused him service, to which he then said fuck you multiple times and other expletives. I wasn't able to get a good look at his name tag as he shined a light from his phone or a flashlight to prevent me from having a good looks but it looks like he was barely leaving work around the time I listed. Located off Euclid in Garden Grove right by the 22 fwy. They have updated pumps with CC chips and tap to purchase. They display screen is clear and easy to read almost like it was new. Looks like this station has service center as well. Overall a good experience here plus it was cheaper than the one I go to in Torrance as well. I gotta remember this station when I'm near the area and need gas. read more

I required air for my tires and they charged me $1.50. California law requires that gas stations give free air with purchase of gasoline. I purchased gasoline from them today and they asked me for $1.50 for air. I required air so I just paid it and left. The prices on gasoline are okay, not great. I won't be returning. Don't charge people for air. read more

There aren't very many fueling stations locally that sell diesel. So I'm glad the station is selling the product I need. The station staff is friendly and is always welcoming with a smile :-) You should take a look at the photos of gas prices I took when it was still around $2. This was the worst service I have ever gotten in my life; I was filling up my gas and then all of a sudden REALLY had to go to the restroom. Instead of him giving me the key or letting me go; he proceeded to tell me to just finish filling my gas then go somewhere else. The food really wasn't agreeing so I started heading over to the restroom anyways and he grabs me and threatens to "beat my face in". Absolute worst service that I have EVER gotten and I literally almost shit myself. read more

I wish I could give it no stars. If you gladly take my money to buy a lottery ticket, you shouldn't give me a hard time when I want to cash one out. The woman at the counter was extremely rude and refused to exchange my winning ticket, unless I bought a couple things at the gas station. Nowhere does it say I have to buy something in order to collect my prize. read more

The mechanic is one of the most trustworthy in town. He will not rip you off like other gas station mechanics. Guess that's why he doesn't have a nice car. An honest mechanic is not a rich one. Keep that in mind when you're looking for a mechanic. Also, the smog guy is real nice. I take my cars here for their smog needs. Its an excellent place. I recommend you come and give this team a try. read more

Super convenient, I like how the cashier station is in the middle of all the pumps so you don't have to deal with going into a mini mart and wait in line while somebody buys their Ho Ho's! read more

Decent prices and funny guys behind the glass, also pretty convenient

I can not speak for the mechanic shop part as I only got gas here. George the attendant was not in the store when I arrived because he was next door buying himself food and left the inside open and unattended, I bet the owners love that. Anyways I payed for my gas at the pump, then I needed to put air in my tire but when I asked George who had finally returned to turn the air on for me he simply stared at me. I asked again and he said "you have to use money sir." I got change for my dollar and proceeded to use my quarters. There are two slots on the machine above which one slot has the words on, so I figured this was the correct slot, but quarters later, nothing. I go ask George who comes out and asks me if I put the quarters in the slot which I had not used. "No," I said, " I put them in the other one." He replied, "This one does not take money." "Okay well I put the quarters in that one." Finally he says to hold the button down and he'll go turn it on. I could care less about the quarters it's the 1. Law he has to turn it on for me and 2. This location is super convenient, especially since it's right by the freeway. Their employees are really nice (especially the old Vietnamese man!). This station was just recently remodeled so all of their gas pump machines are brand new. They have the promotion with Ralphs right now that allows you to use your Ralphs Club Card to dock off about 10cents per gallon! read more
