The issue was the cashier did not ask for my phone number to active the coupons. I received a call from 281 422 8251, and a male stated he was the manager. When he called, he stated he had to hear the story from the customer (me) to determine if Kroger should apologize. It was such a strange response the call did not continue. I am also really questioning if this was a Kroger manager because he was so rude. Horrible customer service.
