I walked inside and walked up to the gentleman behind the counter I told him I just needed a bag of ice and after he verified which size bag I wanted he rang me up and told me they were inside over on the one wall and I walked over to the ice coolers and grabbed my bag and headed back out to my car. The gentleman working was friendly and very helpful and I felt it was a very reasonable price for the bag of ice. I would definitely stop in again and give him a chance if I needed something else.

I responded card, and she had me move yet again to another register. Throughout the interaction, the service felt impersonal and unwelcoming.
