Late Summer when many tourists pass through, they have clean portopotties. There is plenty of room to maneuver RV trailers and even park for some rest. The staff was polite and customer-oriented. I don't usually tip for fuel, but I was glad to do it, they don't expect it, or demand it. They are native Paiute Tribe owned and operated. It was fun to chat about that and the unique Paiute bands, some named by their foods. There are not many fueling stations in the area, I love to give this one my business!

Incompetent, negligent management, and absolutely zero appreciation for their clientele. To provide context, I pulled in around 9pm to gas up, and for some absurd reasoning, the idiots who run this place had already shut off all their pumps, and closed their station at some inexplicable, unexcusable early hour. In doing so, I along with multiple other vehicles were left stranded in the station parking lot, without any way of turning the pumps back on, meanwhile also without enough gasoline to make it to the next closest station, approximately 40 miles away. Calls were made to the corporate offices, using the customer service number provided at the pumps, but to no avail, no one cared to help. Instead, stranded motorists were told that it just wouldn't be possible to send any one of their local employees back to turn the pumps back on, because it simply wouldn't be convenient for them. Furthermore, the asshats at the corporate offices offered an insincere, empty apology, while reassuring that if only we stuck it out through the whole night, someone would be back in the morning. Great display of professionalism and integrity there Guys. So once again, I'll be damn sure to never stop at this station ever again, and I certainly discourage anyone else from doing so either. Businesses like this don't deserve our hard-earned dollars.
