Late Summer when many tourists pass through, they have clean portopotties. There is plenty of room to maneuver RV trailers and even park for some rest. The staff was polite and customer-oriented. I don't usually tip for fuel, but I was glad to do it, they don't expect it, or demand it. They are native Paiute Tribe owned and operated. It was fun to chat about that and the unique Paiute bands, some named by their foods. There are not many fueling stations in the area, I love to give this one my business!

They had some little area with additional items in the back, but I was trying to be quick so we could continue back on the road. If I was hungry enough, I would have definitely took advantage of the chicken tenders and potato wedges they had. They looked soooo good! Everyone else in line was getting some too lol cashier was friendly. My only feedback is that there is only one toilet for the public. Bathroom could use an update. If we are on the road and end up having to go through Bieber again, I want to stop by for the hot food and goodies. Seems like a good grab n go place for people coming through and even for the locals.

Also, the bathroom is filthy and the faucet barely worked (water came out at a slow drip, not really enough to wash your hands). But give me a standard pump setup where you don't have to go inside twice to get gas over this 1980s setup any day.

Today, on Tuesday September 24th, 2024 at approximately 6:45 A.M. I went to Juniper Junction with a friend and my service dog to purchase a few items but sadly things did not go as planned for me, anyway. The employee that was working behind the counter almost immediately told me I needed to get my dog out of the store. I let the employee know that this was my service dog. The employee completely disregarded what I was saying, and began talking over me, asking what my medical condition was. I let them know that my dog was of my service for post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD). The employee continued to disregard what I was saying once again and began raising there voice just to ask me the same exact question 3 times in a row, the same question they had just asked me right before. I responded "PTSD". While still disregarding what I was saying the employee then rudely said "if he pees on anything, you're going to be buying everything in the store". I told the employee "he is trained" they laughed at me some more and said "yeah, right, im sure". This was the first time I've met this employee and just there demeanor was so mean as if they were intentionally trying to pick on me(at least that's what it felt like to me)... Anyway, I began having an anxiety attack, just so embarrassed, and in complete shock with how unprofessional this employees behaivor was. I no longer wanted to engage and began walking toward the door to leave. Right before I opened the door to leave I said "Im not sure whats going on in your life but I hope you start having a better day". While I was opening the door the employee loudly yelled "get out I refuse service to you" but I was already walking out while they were yelling that. I would say the employees name but I don't know it... I did try to call the store to ask what the employees name was that way I could properly make a complaint but the employee immediately hung up on me, and did not pick the phone up the other 2 times I tried calling the store. Also, the entire time this odd/unbelievable encounter was happening between this unprofessional employee and myself, my friend, and another man did witness this unexceptable behaivor while they were patiently waiting(for at least 3 minutes) to purchase the items they had. Anyways, With all of that being said this was the very first time I was treated poorly because all of the other employees that work at Juniper Junction have been EXTREMELY polite, professional and all of them had great customer service... but today I encountered the absolute worst employee I've met since I became a customer at this location 2 months ago.
