His attitude is always rude and condescending for no reason. Once I was picking up a prescription in the drive through and he just stared at me with his eyebrows arched like I was crazy. Finally he goes "date of birth??" as if I'm a mind reader and knew what else he wanted me to say. Today I called because my insurance lapsed and I needed help finding a way to afford my medicine. As soon as he answered I knew I wasn't about to get any help but I asked for it anyways. Instead of helping me like many pharmacists have done before, he says "uhhh okay? So I got in line and waited. while I was waiting they were calling other over to self check out. So I was sticky and even worse, I was on the way to our daughter's baby shower and had to go back home to change. I was very upset and told the worker behind the register that they needed to fix it because it's spraying everywhere. I told her I was pissed, because I was. But I wasn't rude to her. I was very surprised that she didn't even have the common courtesy of saying something. No apology, no "thank you for letting me know." Nothing. I felt like it didn't matter that a customer had an issue. It's rude and dismissive and I hope that you can provide more more training for your staff for courteous customer service.
