I followed up with customer service again and was given the same response, with no resolution. At this point, it's not just disappointing--it's unacceptable. My family used to come here every Saturday morning without fail, but that tradition is over. Thankfully, there's another location nearby that actually meets the standard, and it's absolutely worth the extra five-minute drive. Do better.
