This is pretty much our go-to gas station. It's conveniently located near our home and also on the way to other places we usually frequent. It can get pretty busy in the mornings and the lot can get a little crazy when there's delivery trucks there as well. I've had several issues with "sticky" pumps where the latches don't stay locked, or shut off prematurely. But overall, this place is kept up pretty well and is clean. Occasionally I'll drive around to a pump and see it out of order. It would be more helpful if there was a cone placed in front of it or something. Once in a while I'll get a card reader error, telling me to go see the cashier. Honestly, that just means I'm going to drive over to a different pump instead LOL! The store is well stocked with lots of goodies and the staff is friendly and helpful. Haven't tried the newest Mexican restaurant to open here, but it honestly looks decent as well. Also just joined the Shell Fuel Rewards program and currently enjoying $0.50 off per gallon! read more

Today would be the second time I've filled up with gas and asked them to turn the air pump on only to be told it's broken. I can get my gas at Mobile from now on, where their air pump works. read more

Mark needs to be a little more pleasant and needs better customer service skills. Walked in he just looked at me, I said hello, he said hello back. He rang iPhone my items, 2 Dr peppers, bag of chips, beef jerky and small box, rang my items up I entered my rewards he didn't tell me total. I paid and he just looked at me !!!! I said " umm can I have a bag?" He gave me a bag and put the items in it and scooted the bag over to me, didn't offer receipt and I didn't want to ask to make him mad! It's no wonder this location has a 2 star score. My daughter was assaulted by a customer while attempting to place air in her tires. The woman placed hands on my daughter while trying to GRAB the air hose from my daughter while she was using it. What would posses a person to not wait for their turn? I'm still in disbelief as I'm typing this. Instead of the store personnel assisting to deescalate the situation they proceeded to help the customer who assaulted my daughter. My daughter called me In distress to the point I was about to call the police had the woman not left. Then when I called to file a complaint with the store the person who answered blatantly lied claiming she was unaware of the incident and had just started her shift. When in fact it was her and another personnel who had assisted the other woman. I will be escalating this complaint to management as this practice is unsafe for others. Assisting in assault in any way is not acceptable. The lack of concern over my daughters safety is alarming to say the least. Avoid this location if possible. read more

One of two very nice and friendly stations that have very competitive (cheap) gas/diesel in the Rancho area! I have to agree with Mike L that folks here are great and everything is bright and clean. For the record, there are only a few gas places that deserve a three star rating, because most are not, A-OK. This place checks all the boxes. read more

Pretty lame the pump cuts you off at $75 when gas can sometimes be almost $5.50 a gallon. Come on, Unless you drive a tiny little Prius that will only give you a little over 1/2 a tank. Took me two months and filing a bank dispute to finally get refunded for a $52 transaction that someone at this station obviously manipulated. If they ever run a refund to your credit or debit card for some reason, be prepared to file a bank dispute to get your money back. The general manager (Chris) and assistant manager (Jill) were zero help at all in resolving what was clearly an error on this location's part. I've been coming to this gas station for over 10 years and never have I seen such a slow paced, incomprehensible and lethargic group of workers. It's not just one worker, it's EVERY person who works here. I would suggest cleaning house and selecting people whose brains work faster than a 5th grader. Haha. read more

This place deserves a 5 star or more for their employee Gina. I have never met anyone as helpful and as polite as she is. I went their to get gas with my baby who was crying like cray cray. She was so sympathetic with me. Because I was at my wits end, I cancelled the transaction thrice by doing the nozzle thing wrong! Imagine she had to swipe and enter my Ralph's number thrice. And each time I did not feel like I was looked at as a nuisance. Not only did she do that but she actually came out of the store and pumped the gas for me because I was carrying my baby. While I was apologizing, she made me feel that I shouldn't br embarassed at all. She should be made an employee for life! What an angel! This location is better, not too busy at 6 PM with lots of space. Will def be a regular here. read more

I stopped at the store to grab some waters. The door was locked so I went in the side door. An employee started knocking on the window screaming at me from outside the store that I had to get out bc he had 4 minutes left on smoke break while he stood out front smoking. People kept walking up and standing outside while he told them sorry I have 4 minutes left on break. The lady who looks like Ms. Trunchbull from Matilda is weird and annoying. I literally come in here every other day for the same stuff. Beer or cigs. Every time I come, she's working but yet, she still asks if I'm over 21 and wants to see my ID. I'm almost 30, probably older than her. But when other people buy beer (non black people) she doesn't card them. I've seen other black people who are regulars and she cards them too. There was even an light argument that occurred because of this. She's the only person at this location who does this. I understand it's protocol but how many times do you need to see my ID and ask if I'm over 21? She's probably been working there for a little over a year and I've been going to this location for SEVEN. where the hell is GINA ? I came all thw way from huntington beach to help a friend stranded here...its an hour and a half trip so me and the family stopped for gas and refreshments beforw we head back....The female manager (Chris) and employee on the register (Eric) were the two working when i came in to this shell station. The two of them working together form a unbelievably spectacular team so efficent and helpful, they set the mark as far as the term "customer service". I was wandering the isles with no idea what i wanted. Eric helped point me in the direction of filling and flavorful snacks and paired them with thirst quenching beverages with just enough energy for the drive back. Once im at the register, Chris the manager comes up to me and hands me the twenty I guess I dropped without knowing. I would never see that twenty again if i was in my hometown of Huntington Beach...I could tell that being able to return the money to me genuinely made her feel good. It makes work so awesome having a manager like that.....oh, and before i walked out, they gave me two posters with women in bikinis to hang on the wall at home.....seriously.....where did shell find these two? Ok i will never write a review for a gas station, but this one just ticked me off. As I was getting gas at a SLOW pump, I was bum rushed by a sales chick for some "miracle cleaning solvent". She did a demo on my car even though I wasn't interested in spending $20 on her product, and she kept calling me "honey". What the heck? I felt trapped, and finally told her "no" and then she became rude to me. I think I'll bypass this station until they get faster pumps and no longer allow these sales people on their property. I work across the street from here, so I come in often. Gina is an absolute saint! She is so sweet and treats all the customers so well! A lot of the staff is nice too, but Gina for sure sticks out. She wants to help out everyone and make everyone feel special. The Lamberto's food is really good too, but service can be slow sometimes. Come in here and get some snacks! read more

I haven't purchased gas here yet but I have stopped by many times for coffee, drinks, snacks, etc. Etta the cashier/attendant is always very attentive to the customers and has been helpful to me and very sweet every time I've been at this Shell station. The coffee is hot and fresh in the mornings, the Modelos are always stocked, my favorite goodies are always right there. Keep up the good work Etta! read more

Horrible.. The place conveniently, has their computer/ banking system down, also the Ralphs award plan. And the quality of the gas is not what they say. I always use high octane gas. But my car drives performance is horrible. But I go to the shell on Foothill Blvd across from Tuesday day morning and my car performs great. Consumer affairs should have them checked out. read more

Don't buy cigarettes there. I'm all for not selling to underage kids but its ridiculous! My husband stopped going there because at almost 50 years old, he was told he has to remove his glasses and look at a camera to buy a pack of cigarettes. I went in there today and was making small talk with one of the nice ones there she asked if I was 18, I said "no", Jokingly and with my ID proving I'm 40 IN MY HAND and she and another girl said they could not sell to me because I said the word "no". Come on! Maybe they have gotten busted so many times that they need this type of rigorous verification but an adult with proper identification legally should be able to buy without so much hassle. Run! Don't go here! I got robbed at pump #4, paid for $8 worth of gas, pumped all $8 in, drove 2 blocks, and I swear, my gas gauge moved about $2 worth. I went back to report it, was told to call the manager Elvira the next day and I did. Right off the bat, she got high & mighty and extremely defensive. As I was telling her what happened, and TRYING to ask that the pump be inspected, she cut me off mid sentence, told me how Michael informed her of my complaint, and that she went back to the tapes and saw that I'd pumped all of my gas and that she will not refund my money. I reminded her that I wasn't stupid, and that I'm fully aware I pumped all of my gas, there's no way I'M DUMB ENOUGH TO BELIEVE I paid for $8 but only mistakenly pumped out $3-$4 worth, that of course I pumped out all $8 but was cheated out of the volume of it. I told her I was offended at her insult to my intelligence. She snapped, "Well, I'm sorry YOU'VE ASSUMED I offended you." WHAT? I asked her how stupid would it sound if I kicked someone as I walked by them, they yelled 'ouch', and I just shrug my shoulders and say, "O well, sorry you ASSUMED I hurt you." She didn't respond to that, just went back to reading the ol 3x5 cue card speech she's been "trained" to say at the slightest whisper of a perceived confrontation...."let me get your number and I'll have the general manager call you back.". Then suggested the problem could be my gas gauge itself. I told her that once again, I wasn't as stupid as she thought I was, drivers know their gas gauges, and I kept trying to tell her that #4 was rigged, but she kept cutting me off, and accused me of "yellding" at her. After a few times, I realized she meant "yelling". I explained that enunciating my words with feeling was not the same as yelling. and she just kept saying she's not refunding my money, and she has the right to refuse service and promptly hung up on me. WOW really Elvira? I called back in a baby soft annoying Kloe Kardashian voice and asked if that was any better, she didn't like that one either. I gave up looking for help. I would've appreciated at least a promise to inspect it, or an apology for getting me stranded. She was so busy being a defensive mind reader, I never got to ask for what I wanted. I've reported this station to Weights and Measures, as well as the BBB. it will be inspected, and I will be proven right. Maybe then I'll be heard.
