Ok so I see that on yelp this place is open 24/7store. Hmmm ..... with some common sense like many people I would believe that this place let's you buy gas 24/7 either paying cash or by card( self serve) in most cases bc the people have to take breaks and lunches. Sadly this is not the case. This place shuts down at a certain time literally the entire pumps are shut down not allowing people to buy gas by them self. I have been at many shell stations and never seen any like this. Every time I have to get gas in the morning this place is always shut down. One morning when I was over at a different shell station I got the nerves to ask a worker about shutting down the entire pump system. the response from this worker was " ....... uhhhhhh the guy is probably sleeping in the back somewhere but the pumps should still be working (for self serve)" To tell you the truth the general man I spoke to even admired that he sometimes falls sleeps at work, but at least he know how to leave the pumps on so that people like me can get gas because at the end of the day people simply want to get so their destination without having to hassle over yelling and screaming at someone who's sleeping or have to go to 2 different station trying to get gas. read more

I don't know what it is about this location but If you use your ATM at the pump you may wind up with unauthorized charges. The first I came here I used my card to get gas and then within 30 minutes I had my bank call me regarding charges in another state!!! Yeah, that was not cool. I traced my usage locations and the last place that I used my card was at this location. After getting the issue resolved with the bank and receiving a new card 7 days later I was back on track. However, I came here again to get gas. My thinking was that there was no way lightening would strike twice in the same place, I was wrong. An hour after filling my tank I received another alert on my phone indicating that my there were unusual charges on my account. In using my mobile app I found the charges and once again I had to file I claim and wait on a new card, just annoying. At this point I now just pay cash. I don't know what it is about this location but this is just insane. I now pay with cash because that is just easier and less of a hassle. I do prefer Chevron but Shell is in the neighborhood and on the way to work and everywhere else. My advise is that you pay in CASH when you come here and don't risk having to deal with the bank. The owner and mechanic, Vahid, is very honest and will explain everything he has done to your car and will keep the parts he replaced to show you when you pick your ride up. I came here the other day to get my oil changed for my BMW. Since my brother decided to get his changed without me i decided to go to one closer to my house. After arriving I was greeted by Vahid. Wonderful mechanic and great customer service. He did my oil changed and did a courtesy of checking what else was wrong with my car the next day! After getting the diagnosis from him, saying my powersteering tubes were leeking a bit, He orders the parts for me and told me to bring it in the following week. When i brought it in today. He told me that there might be another tube that mights need changing and he will order it to get it fixed with no additional charge! I don't know about you but being as it is my first time bring my car to a shop i had an amazing experience! Will definitely be back for the future for any tune up/oil changes. This is a great repair shop with excellent customer support and service. Vahid is an outstanding and knowledgable mechanic who takes the time to evaluate challenging problems, identify best solutions. He advises his customers costs and likely upcoming repairs which is very helpful if your are trying to decide whether or not to keep your car. He did a great job repairing my breaks and on another occasion spotted and helped me to resolve a coolant leak and advised me of two important PCM error codes at no charge. I have never wrote a review for a gas station ever! Yet I was so urked today that I am! I visit this station quite a bit since it's in my neighborhood. My family has visited the nice guy in the auto body shop and his service is great. HOWEVER, the woman (mid-aged, chunky, possibly hispanic background- sorry I don't know her name) in the gas station cashier stand needs a serious attitude adjustment because she screamed at me to the point I was ready to slap her silly! It was 6:45AM in the morning, pulled up to the pump, ran my card, hit the octane button as prompted and no gas came out of the pump. Tried to troubleshoot, ran my card again and I was asked to see the cashier. As I was walking into the cashier, another car was trying to pump gas as well and were having trouble. They asked me "no work?" and I replied to them it's not working for me either. Once inside, I nicely told the cashier my pump was not working. She immediately SCREAMED at me saying "Because you HIT DEBIT!" I replied, no, it's a credit card, I hit credit card and she repeatedly screamed at me and argued I hit Debit. Instead of continuing this potentially screaming match, I said can I just pay here? I swiped my credit card inside for a fixed amount. When I returned to my car to pump it didn't work. So I had to back inside and when I said it still didn't work she SCREAMED AGAIN and said "YOU SAID #7!!!!" I'm so puzzled because I had no clue what that meant. I quickly dawned on me she was talking about the pump number and I had no clue what my pump I was parked at. Looking outside the window from her visual I saw that the other was parked at #7 and pumping gas just fine now. I told her that's not my car and she continued to scream "YOU TOLD ME #7! YOU TOLD ME #7!" I had enough at this point and demanded my money back and she screamed "NO! YOU TOLD ME #7!" over and over again. I finally SCREAMED back saying I'm not paying for someone elses gas!! and she continued to deny giving me my money back and saying "you told me #7- hence, expecting me to PAY for someone else's gas when she knew it was not my car. I'm done. Management, you need to simply fire this woman and hire someone else or have a dog to do the job. I'm convinced this woman is not even trainable. read more

I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs any auto repairs. I took my dad's 1999 Dodge Caravan in for service few weeks ago. The mechanic, Vahid, was really nice and friendly. I needed fluid change and an overall inspection of the vehicle. Vahid took my car and changed the oil within 15 minutes. While waiting for the oil to drain out, he inspected the car and told me exactly what service needed to be done. Vahid hooked me up with a deal and took care of my dad's car. Vahid and his partner is honest and tries their best to give the best service possible. Just cause the gas price at this Shell station is pricey, dont let that fool you. A very good friend recommended that I take my car to this Shell Auto Shop. I was told to ask for Vahim. Upon meeting him I was impressed by his professionalism and kind demeanor. He did a quick inspection of my brakes. I knew I was going to have to replace them. He gave me a GREAT estimate and so left my car with him. This was before 9am. I received a call from him shortly after 11am. I was so surprised My car was ready. When I returned to the shop I had a lengthy conversation with him. I mentioned the negative reviews. I learned that his auto shop and gas portion is NOT connected.. The gas station is a shell corporate owned operation. I inquired about the negative comments about the cashier staff.
