This employee EMILY everytime me and my fellow relatives come in to purchase gas for some reason she picks and chooses who to greet and say hi to or acknowledge. I mean we didn't do anything to her but I think she is being a racist. A simple hello TO EVERYONE goes a long way specially when you in customer service and dealing out there with the public. Does this represent and sets a good example. This is such a bad experience sadly that we won't be going back to this store. Diesel #2 I prefer to biodiesel and liked that I saw it here. Pump areas were clean and a receipt printed at the pump. Disposable gloves were a nice touch - unusual but shows extra care. I paid about a dollar more per gallon than the cheapest stations where you pay cash. So 4 stars for value and overall experience.

I'm totally surprised when the code doesn't work, and thinking the keypad is malfunctioning I go inside the Food Mart and speak with the (short female) manager. She advised me the code expired at 12:01 am this morning. What?! Not 11:59 pm tonight?! Well I relented but her nonchalant attitude when I asked if I could make a suggestion that the expiration time be placed on the receipt is worse than the aforementioned. She was dismissive and claimed this was totally out of their control - adding some other company was responsible. She didn't even "know the name of her company's website." This station is right next to the I-80 West ramp, so it's pretty easy to stop and then get on the freeway. However, this place uses the "carwash price" gimmick. Walked in, paid cash for gas and a car wash, used the toilet (clean), exited to pump gas. Then I ran my car through the premium car wash. My car is now clean, tank on full, bladder empty. I'm a happy gal. Edit* I woke this morning, and in the light of day I could see that the car didn't get as clean as I initially thought it did. Even though I got the premier wash, there were still patches of the white crud on the rear of the vehicle.

He scoffed and made some snarky comment that had the other customers around me whispering about his rudeness. My senior citizen in-laws are always shocked at how rude the audiology/hearing aid department staff are. They prefer to drive out of Vacaville to other Costcos in Solano County, because they're so incompetent and mean.
