He scoffed and made some snarky comment that had the other customers around me whispering about his rudeness. My senior citizen in-laws are always shocked at how rude the audiology/hearing aid department staff are. I pull in, go to use my card in the reader and I can't even read the screen to see what I'm selecting. It was so fogged up and damaged that I had to guess what the selections were based on the few letters I could see. Then, after several attempts, I select my gas and pump for about two seconds. It then stops on me. I keep squeezing the gas lever and it's not coming out. I ended up having to go in and tell the attendant I was having issues on the pump. Luckily, my mom was with me and told me it was now working. Who wants to deal with that drama when you are trying to get somewhere fast? Fix the screens, or don't sell the gas!
