Two days later, i received a call from her office "remind me to pay." Ha! So phony, i told her that i dont have cash that day and she told me nicely, "no! no! I first heard about Dr. wang was from a family friend. When I had strep Troat, at first, I went to see the other two physicians (not going to name them) at another clinic. However, the medications (Guaifenesin and Zyrtec) that they prescribe me were not working quite well; in the end, I end up coughing throughout the nights, and there was a bloodstain on my mucus. It was such a painful experience that I won't ever forget about it or want to experience it again. When I first see Dr.Wang, she immediately prescribes Azithromycin and Robitussin. After I start taking Azithromycin and Robitussin, the cough was not as severe. But the cough continues, so I went to see her again. She then prescribes penicillin potassium 500 mg and instructs me to continue taking Robitussin but start intaking this newly prescribed antibiotic. To my surprise, it was effective, and I finally was able to sleep through the night. Not to mention, every time I get my flu shot, the staff would always contact me the next day to see how I am feeling, to know if I'm experiencing any discomfort or major side effects from the shot. I'm so glad that Dr.Wang is my current PCP, and are grateful for their care. I would highly recommend Dr.Wang and this clinic.

I've been a patient of Dr. Tsang for a decade now and his diligent care is the reason I switched from using him as an acupuncturist to making him my primary physician (as well as my wife's and we're waiting for our son to be old enough to make the switch). Some of the negative reviews talk about the small office and busy practice but it is largely a symbol of how careful and value-oriented Dr. Tsang is. If you're coming here expecting fancy lobbies and multiple attendants just sitting around, it's not the place for you. However, if you want top-notch care with a doctor who will take the time to fully understand your health situation (and not just what you're coming in for), assess possible options available ranging from eastern to western medicine, and then make a judgment that will leave you feeling better quickly, then this is the place for you. After a string of horrible care on what would eventually be diagnosed as a chronic condition, I walked into Dr. Tsang's office initially dubious as to what acupuncture could do. Dr. Tsang not only treated me for the pain at the time but made a diagnostic that many specialists had failed to see and sent me to an emergency room, saving my life in the process. It could be considered a lucky fluke. After 10 years of going to Dr. Tsang, I can say, it wasn't. Every time I've gone there, Doctor Tsang has figured out what needed to be done and done it. Just taking my knee pains for example, when I had visited another doctor's office for convenience sake (they also had no wait time. It was 5 minutes wait max), they just told me they did not feel like anything was wrong and to just give it some time. When I went to Dr. Lau, he went into detail telling me what might be causing the pain, how my recent lifestyle changes could have impacted it and what I should do to ease the pain, even telling me how to look for the appropriate shoes. I like his new office (less than 2 blocks radius) because it is much cleaner and roomier as compared to his old location. The staffs are always nice and cheerful. I notice that they are really trying to assist instead of directing the inquiry to other parties and diffusing their responsibilities. One thing I do not enjoy is the waiting time. I always arrive there prior to my appointment and yet, I have to wait for at least another half hour for my turn. Why are they letting the walk-in patients (who arrived 5 minutes before me) to be seen first? What is the point of scheduling an appointment then?
