The next day, I ended up in the ER needing emergency gallbladder removal. The ER doctor said this should have been addressed much earlier. After surgery, when I could barely walk, I needed a referral for a GI specialist. His staff member, Susan, insisted I come into the office even though my insurance confirmed it wasn't required. The doctor even said it was "not a big deal" to lose a gallbladder. Two months later, I was hospitalized again due to leftover gallstones. The hospital told me they contacted Chun Kit's office for a referral, but his staff claimed I hadn't been seen in over a year, which was completely untrue. In my experience, this doctor delayed my care, dismissed my symptoms, and contributed to unnecessary complications.

The front office staff of 3 long-time pro admins are superb always billing correctly and efficiently handling any question from insurance details (incredibly omplex stuff) to payments to scheduling all. The efficiency and speed of everything here with respectful professionalism and Dr. Chan's affable personable self make me return year on year. On the plus side, she does seem to get things done if something needs to be communicated to Dr Fung. However she does often makes you (along with everyone else in the waiting room) fully aware of what an imposition it is for her to do so, and quite loudly. As someone with a newly diagnosed chronic disease of a serious nature, alongside the stresses that come with it, I definitely hit an impasse with her when she tore me a new one for some administrative confusion. I can't deal anymore with her mood swings--whether my next call will be answered by Jekyll or Hyde. I no longer have room for this kind of verbal and emotional assault in my life, especially from my primary health care provider office. I first heard about Dr. wang was from a family friend. When I had strep Troat, at first, I went to see the other two physicians (not going to name them) at another clinic. However, the medications (Guaifenesin and Zyrtec) that they prescribe me were not working quite well; in the end, I end up coughing throughout the nights, and there was a bloodstain on my mucus. It was such a painful experience that I won't ever forget about it or want to experience it again. When I first see Dr.Wang, she immediately prescribes Azithromycin and Robitussin. After I start taking Azithromycin and Robitussin, the cough was not as severe. But the cough continues, so I went to see her again. She then prescribes penicillin potassium 500 mg and instructs me to continue taking Robitussin but start intaking this newly prescribed antibiotic. To my surprise, it was effective, and I finally was able to sleep through the night. Not to mention, every time I get my flu shot, the staff would always contact me the next day to see how I am feeling, to know if I'm experiencing any discomfort or major side effects from the shot. I'm so glad that Dr.Wang is my current PCP, and are grateful for their care. I would highly recommend Dr.Wang and this clinic.

I have only hesitated to post this review because it is already a busy office that could only get more so if people realized what a unique gem Dr. Tsang is. I've been a patient of Dr. Tsang for a decade now and his diligent care is the reason I switched from using him as an acupuncturist to making him my primary physician (as well as my wife's and we're waiting for our son to be old enough to make the switch). Some of the negative reviews talk about the small office and busy practice but it is largely a symbol of how careful and value-oriented Dr. Tsang is. If you're coming here expecting fancy lobbies and multiple attendants just sitting around, it's not the place for you. However, if you want top-notch care with a doctor who will take the time to fully understand your health situation (and not just what you're coming in for), assess possible options available ranging from eastern to western medicine, and then make a judgment that will leave you feeling better quickly, then this is the place for you. After a string of horrible care on what would eventually be diagnosed as a chronic condition, I walked into Dr. Tsang's office initially dubious as to what acupuncture could do. Dr. Tsang not only treated me for the pain at the time but made a diagnostic that many specialists had failed to see and sent me to an emergency room, saving my life in the process. It could be considered a lucky fluke. After 10 years of going to Dr. Tsang, I can say, it wasn't. Every time I've gone there, Doctor Tsang has figured out what needed to be done and done it. My experiences, and my wife's, have let us recommend Dr. Tsang to all our friends. We make a lot of recommendations but few have been quite as popular as Dr. Tsang, with people often telling us that he had miraculously cured pain they had had for months or years.
